Always very happy with my experience with these guys, it's been a few visits and multiple issues. I've spoken to Shane the owner and been visited by Christian and Ethan - all very knowledgeable and very helpful. After a bad experience with a company whose name rhymes with "plantin", I will always call JVS!

Just had a wonderful experience with Christian from JVS plumbing. Christian was at my home for a water heater installation. He arrived right on time, was respectful of my flooring, making sure he covered everything, and took the old tank with him. He was very personable and finished the job quickly. Pricing was the best offered out of 7 different local plumbers. I would highly recommend JVS for any plumbing needs.

I called due to a leak with my hot water heater. I left a message and got a return call within a few minutes. JVS was able to send someone out in less than an hour! Christian was able to fix the leak quickly. He was very professional about everything. I thought the price was reasonable. I would recommend JVS Plumbing Company to anyone for their plumbing needs.

They do not disclose up front that there is a $135 trip fee just for an assessment that is in addition too any final fees and charges. This is approximately double other plumbers in the area, who also include their trip fee in the final cost if you choose to move forward with the project. Hope this saves someone the headache of dealing with companies like this.

Tried to hire before Christmas. They came out in 2 days to give us an estimate, and he recomended getting it done asap. I called that same day to set up the service, and was told that she would talk to the tech who gave the estimate, and he would call me later that day to set up. He texted to ask if we would be home over the holidays, I said yes, then I was not contacted again for 11 days, and after the holiday. I received a call, from a girl in the office, asking if we had a chance to review our estimate, and would we like to set something up? Absolutely unacceptable way to run a business. Do not try to hire. Not that they would want the job anyway.

I recently purchased a new home, the appliances, not so new, so I requested a home warranty from the seller. Our 17 yr old hot water heater went out with all the fun stuff, water leaking all over, etc. Dealing with the home warranty co. was exhausting, and said 3-5 days to fix it, plus $1200. Nice. I went on Angi and JVS immediately called to see what was up. Spoke with the tech, explained the issue and I wanted to go tankless, and he told me he would get back to me in 20 minutes. In 15 minutes, a JVS tech was at my fence flagging me down. I showed him the mess, called his supervisor, his exact words were "I am confident about this". I have never heard those words from a tech about anything. The first contact called, sent a quote, it was $1800 more than the cost from the home warranty and their cheap replacement. He told me that they can install it the next day (Saturday). By 8am, the tech was on time, and began working. Done by 3pm, I had hot water. The entire experience at a time of turmoil was breathtaking. Some companies, just want to work to get stuff done, and JVS Plumbing is one that I shall be calling them the next time something goes boom. The overall service was impeccable, the quality of work was well worth every cent. No BS, no hidden fees, just great work and excellent value.

Cannot be more pleased with service and care we have rec'd from JVS Plumbing. Several years ago we had a hot water heater that went out just as 15 members of our family arrived! JVS responded with kindness and professionalism that very same day!! Recently, our kitchen sink began to have 'a voice of it's own' and would gurggle strange sounds and occasionally back up. We knew exactly who to call as we kept JVS magnetic business card on our fridge! Vicki in the office was friendly and professional and even tho this wasn't an emergency, she promptly scheduled us. Christian arrived as scheduled (we appreciated the text when he was on his way!) and was so kind and again professional. With a little explanation of what had gone on, he quickly assessed the problem and in a short period of time, had located the problem and cleared it! No more talking sink!!! After the great job JVS did when they installed our tankless hot water heater we had them replace our 42 year old well compression tank. Chris, who did the water heater install did another great job with the well tank. He made sure it was brought up to code and made ready for future work if needed. We would highly recommend.JVS for their friendly professional and fair services. We were very pleased with Shane's presentation on doing our project. He was very professional and explained things in detail. We felt his pricing was very fair and we will have him install our tank less hot water heater next week. The tank less hot water heater project has now been completed and Chris, with JVS Plumbing, did a great job. We could tell by the way he worked that he is a true professional. Work was clean, thorough and he left the work site as he found it. We cannot speak highly enough of how pleased we are with JVS Plumbing and strongly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I’ve been working with JVS for many years. They’ve done everything from basic plumbing repairs to a complete remodel of a bathroom. Their work is excellent and they are a pleasure to work with… especially Vicki & Shane & Christian. I highly recommend JVS! I recently worked with Kilian who was also very knowledgeable & pleasant to work with! I look forward to working with their team on a bathroom remodel project Danny was out for an annual routine back up stump pump inspection. He was a pleasure to work with. He was respectful of my home when entering the house and used shoe covers. He was willing to explain what work was necessary. His honesty in not doing something that he felt was not necessary was hugely appreciated! JVS has wonderful customer service & great employees all around! I’m about to start a bathroom remodeling project with them and have full confidence that it will be a great experience!

JVS Plumbing Co. has been my go-to for the past handful of years. I recently got started on a pretty big project and told myself I was going to get a couple of quotes from different companies for the various projects. I should have known better in this department. With the utmost humility, I called them with a quote I had received from another company. After Vicki heard my life story and Shane getting a laugh out of the re-telling of my scenario, they sent over their quote. Within a day Mike was here installing the water line to my new fridge. He has been to my house almost every time and puts up with kids, dogs, and me talking his ear off all while getting the job done efficiently and timely. Save yourself service calls from other companies, save yourself from posting on your neighborhood Facebook page — just call JVS every time. Great company. Great work.

My experience with JVS Plumbing was excellent. Danny is an outstanding service technician. I'm 76 years old, and like many people my age we are nervous when calling for service. I spent 46 years working for a refrigeration service company, and I know how difficult it can be for the technician, the service manager and the owner. Danny explained the ejector pump operation. JVS was recommended to me by my fellow veterans here where I live. JVS is a company you can rely on

Chris did a great job flushing out our Tankless Hot Water heater. I like to know what is going on with our appliances and he took his time and explained each step to me. Showed me typical problem areas and how they might effect performance. At the end of the task he showed me the debris that came out of the heater, cleaned everything and buttoned it all up. Very happy with system knowledge, thoroughness and reasonable cost. Will definitely use again!

Excellent & timely response to my problem. I called and left a message on Sunday regarding a leak. I had the problem isolated so it really wasn't an emergency, however they sent me a text and promised someone on Monday AM. Again - got a text confirming the appt and time. Christian was GREAT - very knowledgeable and professional. He also discovered a problem with my sump pump, and had that replaced in no time. Excellent company and great service

JVS is our go-to for any plumbing issue. We have used them for emergency repairs and new work throughout the house. When calling for any work, we can always count on seeing them at our door much quicker than you would expect. They are very professional, courteous and do excellent work. They leave the workspace in better shape than it was when they arrive. The staff is some of the best around, with no exceptions. Could not be happier with JVS.
