“They do not disclose up front that there is a $135 trip fee just for an assessment that is in addition too any final fees and charges. This is approximately double other plumbers in the area, who also include their trip fee in the final cost if you choose to move forward with the project. Hope this saves someone the headache of dealing with companies like this.”

I called that same day to set up the service, and was told that she would talk to the tech who gave the estimate, and he would call me later that day to set up.
