We have been working with JT Plumbing for some time now. They has always been very helpful and quick to provide excellent services. Brandon was our service technician last visit and he took all the time needed to ensure we had the heat back on. Big shout out to the office team as well, Alex has gone above and beyond to provide top notch customer service 👌

Service window stated to be from 8 am-12 pm on a disposal. Serviceman shows at 12 pm. Work doesn’t get completed until 2:45 PM. Almost 7 hours of time waiting. Very expensive -$820 for a garbage disposal, with the least expensive one being about only $75-100 less. Overpriced and the customer’s time doesn’t appear to be valued. Admittedly learned a very unfortunate lesson. This was something that had to be done in a specific window of time so I didn’t have flexibility to look elsewhere- guess I just called the wrong company and paid for that mistake.

We deeply regret hiring JT Plumbing. From the start, we were pressured by Justin Mort and Robert Armstrong to make a rushed decision, using fear tactics about tariffs and pricing. We weren't given time to get other opinions. JT Plumbing withdrew the full $21,780 payment from our loan account more than a month before work began. We never signed off on the final work, and our concerns were ignored. We were displaced from our home for 18 nights--JT Plumbing only covered 8. The stress was overwhelming, comparable to the worst moments of our lives. We had to chase them for updates, scheduling, and even basic follow-through. Their excavator sat in our yard for weeks. We had no say in subcontractors, and now we're left repairing our deck, basement stairs, flooring, and more--on our own dime. Final camera footage was delayed and incomplete. A third-party plumber confirmed the line was improperly sloped, forcing us to dig up our yard again to fix their mistake. We're still facing potential costs for tree removal, driveway repairs, and curb damage. We cleaned up after their crew multiple times. If you value peace of mind, transparency, and professionalism--look elsewhere.

Beware! We called JT plumbing to come look at a water heater that they installed(still under warranty) a couple years ago(also not a great experience) and a sink that had low hot water pressure. The tech gets here and says that the rubber grommets that are melting in top of the hot water heater are normal and it isn’t a concern. Ok, that’s fine. I take him to the other sink and I turn on the faucet to show him. He then turns the knob for both the hot and cold water and says that we just need to replace the faucet. From the time the tech entered our front door till now was maybe 10 minutes. So there is really nothing they needed to do. When we called to book the appointment we were told it would be $89 to have them come out and take a look. So that’s what I expected him to say we owed. Nope, he told us it was going to be $375! My husband had the tech call his supervisor. The supervisor told him that it cost $375 to just come and knock on our door! That is laughable. After a heated talk with this “supervisor” we ended up paying the $89. I think one of the most disappointing things is that this is a veteran owned company and they treat other veterans this way. We will never use them again and will tell everyone else that we can to steer clear of them as well. *EDITED* About 30 minutes after posting my review I received a call from Alex with JT plumbing and he tried to bribe me to take down my negative review. In return for taking down my review they would send me a check for the $89 fee that I was charged. I declined the bribe because I wanted people to know who they are hiring and it honesty felt so sleazy. He did also inform me that they are not a veteran owned business but they do provide a veteran discount.

Thank you, JT Plumbing Heating & Air! I was very excited to win a tankless water heater by entering a drawing at an Eagles game — Go Eagles! From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Alex was super friendly when he called to set up the installation. Robert did a thorough job during the planning walk-through and answered all our questions. David and Leah were fantastic during the install — professional, efficient, and easy to work with. I really appreciated the communication throughout: we received a photo and info about the team members coming to our home, plus a courtesy call with their ETA. Everyone was friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend JT Plumbing Heating & Air!

Phenomenal service--not cheap, but not incredibly expensive either. The confidence David tackled our faucet replacement with gives me peace of mind that it's a problem I won't need to revisit for some time. Highly recommend. Edit: Need to tweak this a bit. Great job with the faucet, called the same folks for AC repair. Given 2 options, $2000 for a new capacitor and contactor plus cleaning, or $12000 for a new unit. Every HVAC friend I talked to died laughing at the prices. Replaced the two parts myself for under $100 and 20 minutes on Youtube. DIY or just go somewhere else for Heating/Cooling, trying to get one over on folks.

I was a little unsure with the lower ratings of previous years, but this was the company recommended by my home warranty company, so I gave them a call. I can say that I am 100% satisfied with the service from JT Plumbing and Heating. Each technician has been professional, courteous and on time. They have kept me up to date on arrival times and follow up with appointment reminders. I had them replace a sump pump and they have some HVAC system inspections for me as well. They explained what needed to be done and what they did clearly. Based upon my own experience, I can highly recommend.

I had them come unclog a bathroom sink and tighten a kitchen faucet and it cost almost $800. For an hour worth of work. Ive used them for years but $800 for what little work was needed. However after bringing this to there attention the owner jt called me and listened to what I said and said we were over charged and gave me back $250 this was in January. Today march 9 they came out to see why my bathroom lost pressure. It was because I had replaced hot water heater and had some junk in my pipes and clogged up a hidden filter in my bathroom. Fixed it for me for $99.

Levi and Brian did an amazing job. Had the main drain to septic tank collapse and needed replaced. Original estimate was for a two day job. They started around 9:30 AM and were done and left by 3:30 same day. Never stopped for lunch just wanted to get it done and our drain working. Travis was very reasonable with pricing. Second time I have used JT Plumbing both times I was more than pleased with the response time and quality of work.

Trey was amazing, very patient, very knowledgeable. It was a difficult task as we live in a mobile home, but he was so patient worked hard work diligent kept us informed every step of the way I would highly recommend this young man to do anything I needed? I took a couple of cards off him because we have our neighbor who needs a heater and he did super. Sherry and Mike Cantonwine.

Dale V. was the technician who took care of our furnace. He explained what the service call would entail. After over an hour, Dale explained the work that he did and what additional steps could help my allergies. Dale was knowledgeable, efficient, and very clear. I urge you to consider this company for any of your plumbing and furnace/air conditioner needs!

Please read their Google Reviews. They price gouge terribly and if you dont know better they can completely rip you off. Total disappointment. They tried to charge me over $700 for a flex hose for a gas stove. That is a 181% increase in standard retail. I denied their services. With and overall quote of over $900. Ridiculous amd a cheat.

Trey did a very nice job. He was pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, communicative, and wanted to please his customer. He was economical (used “good” old parts) and thorough. He announced his arrival, cleaned up after himself, and got the “buy-in” of the customer, along the way and at the conclusion of his work. Nice young man!
