What reviewers report — the concerns
Other directories bury these. We think you should read them before you call. Every concern below comes from the reviews it cites.
Red flag
Trip charge collected without disclosing fixed per-job pricing — reviewer felt the $518/hose bib flat fee should have been stated on the first call, not on arrival
“Called to have 3 outside faucets replaced. When he arrived at our house, he told us that there's a fixed cost for hose bibb installation of $518 each. I asked how long it takes and he said 1 - 1.5 hours. He should've mentioned the fixed cost when we spoke on the phone. I wasted $89 and won't be using JP Plumbing again.”
Fixed-rate pricing not disclosed on the phone — reviewer paid $89 trip charge only to learn hose bib installs are $518 each flat fee; wasted time and cost

By my calculation, that's about $345-$518 per hour. (Doesn't include parts of $27x3.) That's quite high, I …”
Positive
“I’ve used JP Plumbing on several occasions and they are now my go to for plumbing services. Jim and Josh have been to my house and to my elderly mother’s house for a variety of emergency and non-emergency issues. Jim responds quickly to calls and both men are friendly, hardworking, honest and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!”

I approached the driver and told him my problem, he took down my information and said he will call me as soon as he finishes his first job. He arrived within 2 hrs and told me the problem and replaced my water heater in no …”
