Thanks to fast action and a great repair from Johnny Doan Plumbing! Price was reasonable, workers were professional and very knowledgeable. It’s a shame FL building standards are coming back to bite homeowners in the butt decades later but it’s good to know companies like this have got your back.

Lance was knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue with the kitchen sink drain and fixed the issue. Very professional, kind and prompt. Also reasonably priced.

I thought I'd use someone in my local area to fix an error code on a tankless water heater. I paid $193 cash to someone who said he hates tankless water heaters, looked at heater, we ran water test, he saw the code, yet he told me to video tape what's happening and call monday! I have never be so mad at someone, because why would I need to call monday when you are right here looking at the problem!!! I don't get these companies, if you can't do a service just say so and not waste people time and money. This was a few months ago but everytime I see people asking about a water heater, I think about this experience and get mad all over again.

Johnny Doan Plumbing came to the rescue when my house needed to be repiped. They arrived on time at 8AM, and were finished before 3:30 PM, leaving everything clean and tidy. Then, they sent Connor over to repair the drywall following the repipe, and it looks wonderful. Bonus: I had been gifted a very nice dishwasher, and had previously hired a local plumber to install it, but was told the dishwasher was useless, and would not fit under my kitchen counter. The fellows from Johnny Doan Plumbing slid the dishwasher into place, and had it working beautifully in no time flat. These folks charged a very reasonable price, communicated with me every step of the way, and were exceptionally polite, respectful, kind, and diligent. I truly appreciated the expertise, experience, and attention to detail during the entire process, and can enthusiastically recommend this company!

We had an incredible experience with Lance from Johnny Doan Plumbing during what was easily the coldest weekend in Tampa. After dealing with a stressful, weekend‑long main valve leak, Lance truly saved the day. Even though we were exhausted and frantic, Lance’s professionalism and calm, understanding demeanor immediately put us at ease. He clearly explained the repairs needed, broke down the costs with complete transparency, and worked through the cold without hesitation to make sure the fix would last for decades. I gave four stars, Connor, drywall person did an outstanding job at repairing all damage done by Repipe technicians. Repipe was done ok. Repipe technicians need to be more careful when cutting out the drywall. They did not cut a piece on ceiling all the way before ripping it out. It torn top piece of drywall around the cut. Outside water spikes, they left pipe out and put a ball of concrete over it. I complained before they left and pushed pipes in and redid concrete. Several pieces of wall were knocked out. Forgot to turn on water supply to refrigerator and garbage disposal was not pulled back in. Connor was able to cover up all the damage.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one’s earned. Had an issue with my sink and these guys handled it like pros from start to finish. Showed up fast, diagnosed the problem immediately, and had everything fixed before it could turn into a bigger headache. No wasted time, no upselling, just straight-up solid work. What really stood out was the professionalism—clean, efficient, and respectful of the space. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you want a plumbing company that actually shows up, knows their craft, and gets it done right the first time… this is the one. 10/10.

We have used Johnny Doan several times over the past year for plumbing issues we've had at two separate properties. We've had very good service on each occasion. Their communication over the phone and via email is professional, yet friendly and helpful. They always let you know ahead of time who your plumber will be so you know who to expect. Most recently, Jesse was our plumber. He showed up on time, was able to diagnose the issue, and then repair it in a reasonable amount of time. Based on our experiences with them, I would recommend Johnny Doan Plumbing.

We are very happy with the multiple jobs we asked Mainline Plumbing to help us with. When we bought our house, the previous owner did work that left us with sketchy plumbing issues. Mainline helped us fix the problems and helped us prevent future issues. They came promptly at the time they said they would and the price was reasonable for the huge amount of work we needed. All with a friendly attitude!! We definitely recommend them!

Tucker is an amazing plumber! He is kind and professional. He was able to fix my clogged kitchen sink very quickly and efficiently. Was able to get right back to work after his quick visit.
