I paid $193 cash to someone who said he hates tankless water heaters, looked at heater, we ran water test, he saw the code, yet he told me to video tape what's happening and call monday! I have never be so mad at someone, because why would I need to call monday when you are right here looking at the problem!!! I don't get …”
