Denny helped us on the phone when our shower stopped working at 11pm!! He was willing to help to efficiently and made a sacrifice to meet us early in the morning!! Truly one of the best experiences ever.

I can highly recommend Jilly Plumbing! I have used Jilly Plumbing half a dozen times in the last few years and every time I am highly impressed. This is an honest company and they bend over backwards to help you in a timely fashion. They price their services very fairly and are totally straight forward to work with. My family loves Jilly Plumbing and the owner is a very nice person. I would give more than 5 stars if I could; that is just how good they are!

Jilly plumbing is amazing! I had called and arranged for them to come out the next day to give us a free estimate to repair a leaky water main when it was just a drip, but when I called back and told them that it had become an emergency, they came out right away! It had started gushing and we had to turn off the water to the house. Denny was prompt, polite, and straight forward. He did an excellent job and showed me exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain why he was using the parts he was using and ended up replacing the PRV, the ball valve, and the main shut off valve in addition to the pipe leading away from the water meter, which was rusted through. I really appreciate their kindness and honesty, as well as the incredibly prompt service. Shout out to Barb for being so sweet on the phone and so helpful with this crazy situation!

This plumber is hands down the best plumber and the most honest and good plumber anyone can find..he came to my house and checked everything did not charge me to check and told me what to do to fix the issue on my own since it was a easy fix it was to change the toilet seat bidet cover which can be easily done..I have been thru many plumber in life and never met a plumber so honest like this one...:I don’t like to write reviews but I had to for this one ..:everyone needs to share his name and number to everyone they know because he is too good and honest ….honest ppl are very less left so if you find them, you have to share it …that is the only reason for me giving out a review because he is rare…..thanks jilly plumbing will be sharing you with all my family and friends..

While swapping out a washing machine, discovered that our cold water valve no longer shut off. Called Denny first thing in the morning, and he was able to give me a quote over the phone (VERY fair price) and then was at the house within an hour. Made sure the job was done right, and ensured that all the new valves seated correctly with no leaks. Outstanding customer service and up-front pricing over the phone with an accurately described project. All the big companies wanted to charge $60 just to have someone come give an estimate. Denny's card is going up on the fridge, and we'll continue to use him for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend using him for any of your plumbing needs!

I can't recommend this company enough! Denny was very professional, prompt, very knowledgeable and was able to service us same day! He kept in good contact regarding timing of his arrival. He assessed the situation and went above and beyond to assist us. We needed a few things assessed that had come back after an inspection to sell our house--especially looking at our indoor jetted tub (and it is very hard to find someone to assess/repair those) and he was able to assist us with all. As a veteran, I try to support businesses that give back to those who have served, and Jilly Plumbing does just that. Around 7 PM, I noticed an outdoor pipe leaking and called their after-hours line. Denny showed up quickly, assessed the issue, and had everything repaired before it could cause any major damage. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything. I truly appreciate their quick response and the veteran discount they offer. I highly recommend Jilly Plumbing for its integrity, fast service, and fair pricing even after hours!

Denny has been out to our house a couple of times now for different things, and if I ever need a plumber again, he'll be the first one I call. He shows up when he says he will. He's up front about everything he's going to do and doesn't try to upsell or overcharge. He explains the issue in detail and makes sure you know what you're paying for and why. And the best part is, he just seems to be a genuinely good guy who cares about his customers. Do yourself a favor and call Jilly plumbing. You won't regret it.

Mr Denis did a very professional work in changing our shower faucet cartridge. He explained all the options and risk prior to proceeding with the work to do. He is knowledgeable in his craft and shared some tips on where to turn off the water source other than the main switch. He responded fast and came to do the work as promised on an emergency time at night. Only reason why it’s four stars was the price $349 for the change of cartridge was pretty hefty for us.

We had a persistent leak in our shower, and after consulting multiple plumbing companies—some of which tried to upsell us on unnecessary services—we finally found Jilly Plumbing. We're so glad we did! Denny came out to our home, quickly assessed the situation, and fixed what we had assumed was a much bigger issue. He was efficient, transparent, and the pricing was incredibly reasonable. All the great reviews are spot on. Highly recommend Jilly Plumbing—10/10!

DENNY IS THE BEST! No comparison to anyone I have ever had before. He explained everything and did not seem to mind mine and my wife's numerous questions. He came when he said he would and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He cleaned up everything and hauled away the old parts. Did not have any surprises from Denny. I did not think at any time that he was trying to take advantage of us. He is our plumbing guy for life!

Jilly Plumbing was exceptional. The company was highly responsive and delivered a high quality product. We've used Jilly twice for home emergencies, two different leaks in our home, and within minutes we got a response and within hours the job was being worked on and completed. We will use the Jilly in the future. The price was high value for needs, and we appreciate the flexibility in getting things done. High Recommended!
