Keith at JHMoran completed the entire plumbing (water/waste/propane) of my new build home from the ground up. He was very informative along the build and ensured his scope of work (and overlap with other builder’s subs) was done properly. While I encountered challenges with the builder, Keith returned after the build was done and continued to support proper completion. I’ve continued to use Keith for my plumbing needs, including regular Bosch burner maintenance.

Highly, highly recommend Keith!! Keith came recommended to us, and within 5 minutes of talking to him, I felt at ease. Keith helped us navigate a challenging situation with the town and it couldn't have gone smoother. As first time, nervous homeowners he really made us feel so comfortable with the situation we were in. He explained everything from start to finish, handled everything as promised and kept us informed every step of the way. He's professional, kind, reliable and genuine. It's not easy to find a "Keith" these days! I assure you, if you have any type of plumbing issues- Keith is your guy and you won't be disappointed. :)

Keith provided excellent service. He was readily available, prompt, had good communication, and had the necessary supplies on hand and fixed the problem right away. We actually had three plumbing issues back to back and took care of all of them! I would definitely recommend him.

We’ve been working with Keith for years now for all of our plumbing needs. He performs routine maintenance on our gas boiler, and has also installed a new hot water heater, toilet bowl and shower cartridge for us. He’s always responsive, reliable, knowledgeable and very reasonable. I recently texted him at 9:30 on a Sunday morning when my heat went out and he was at my house in less than an hour! I’d recommend him to anyone.

I’m a new homeowner and have used Keith on multiple occasions since we moved in. Since the beginning, he has been very responsive and makes sure he gets to the house in a timely manor.
