“Jenkins Plumbing came out to look at my Rinnai tankless water heater and, without any real troubleshooting or testing, immediately told me the unit was bad and needed to be fully replaced for $1,215. No diagnostics. No attempt to isolate the issue. Just straight to total replacement. I declined, did my own troubleshooting, and fixed the problem myself with a $10 O-ring and retaining clip. The unit works …”
“I called and spoke with the operator Lori twice today. Was twice told I’d get a call back to schedule. Never got the call back, when I called the after hour line because you close at 4, I was told they wouldn’t schedule someone and my best bet was to keep trying the office during business hours. Poor customer service and now lost business. Call someone who will schedule or call you back at least.”
