Don Fahey and Jen Plumbing came to my rescue for the second time. I had an emergency water service line leak in the middle of my front lawn and I reached out to Don and he showed up the following morning, even with a full schedule. I am completely satisfied with all of his work and I highly recommend Jen Plumbing for any of your plumbing related needs.

Donald responded so quickly (and on a Sunday!) to my online request to install a new faucet. He made time to get the job done knowing he'd be out of town for awhile. I can't rave enough about Donald with Jen Plumbing! I've been using him for a few years now and I wouldn't dream of using another plumber!! A few years ago, I discovered a leak in my bathroom shower and couldn't figure out how or where it was exactly coming from. I reached out to Donald after a couple of different people strongly recommended him. He was able to diagnosis the very troubling problem and completely fixed the leak at a very fair price. I had my master bathroom renovated last year and had to let go of my contractor's overpriced and incompetent plumber who complained constantly. I finally had to ask him to leave and then immediately called Donald. Once again, Donald came to my rescue and installed brand new pipes into a very tight space behind our vanity. He was my hero!! I recently replaced my electric stove with a new gas stove. The previous owner had a main gas line installed behind my cabinets, but I still needed to have the gas line piped into the stove. After a quick call to Donald, he came over and added a gas line extension to my beautiful new stove. Donald is a true plumbing wizard and I couldn't imagine using anyone else!!! Thank you Donald!!

Don has been doing all of my plumbing for years. His work is always top notch. He is an excellent communicator as well, which is becoming rare with contractors. We always communicate at least a week in advance as to his arrival, usually a follow up a couple days in advance, and then the day of. I have yet to give Don something he cannot handle. He has rebuilt a shower from its initial 1950’s installation to an updated single handled setup that does not scald us when a toilet is flushed, to installing disposals, a macerating toilet ( Saniflo), natural gas connections, and various other things around the house for me. I have also referred him to everyone I know, and they have all thanked me for the referral , stating the same appreciation for his timeliness, communication, fair pricing, cleanliness, and honesty. Put Don in your contacts and make him your first call for all of your plumbing. You won’t be disappointed.

There should be more stars, Don has worked on numerous projects for us at our old house downtown ( built in 1875 ) as well as our new place ( built in 1925 ). The workmanship and knowledge that he has of the actual craftsmanship is unfortunately some what of an art that is vanishing. I myself have worked the trades for almost 40 years. So working with Don, someone who is truly passionate about what he does, completely respects the art of a true crafts person. Know matter how small the problem, or how difficult, Don will always be my goto for any type of plumbing or gas line needs.

JEN Plumbing is always my first call when it comes to anything plumbing related. Donald is great to work with and has done a number of jobs for us in our home. These jobs include taking care of the plumbing work in the bathroom of our basement we were finishing, replacing the toilets throughout our home, replacing outdoor water faucets/spigots (including installing a shutoff valve inside), and kitchen faucet installation. Donald is polite, professional, and reasonably priced. I will continue to rely on JEN for all of our plumbing needs.

I am a repeat customer due to the quick and awesome work done!!! • Exterior faucet leaked internally: Replaced a hose bibb • Toilet Problems: snaked toilet to relieve heavy clog • Water Heater Died: Replaced electric water heater My hose and faucet leak issues are now over! The water heater install was in a very tight closet on the second floor and Don was able to install a slightly larger water heater to replace the 11 year old existing one. It looks awesome and works perfectly!

JEN Plumbing has been my preferred company for the past four years, and I have been very pleased with their work. Donald Fahey provides excellent professional service, is on time to appointments, explains his findings and encourages questions, and has great communication skills. I own several investment properties in the area, and I call JEN every time one of them has a plumbing issue.

In today’s age of scams and one fix wonders I’m always worried I’m going to be taken advantage of when I need work done on my home. But I can’t say enough good things about JEN Plumbing. A true professional that takes pride in his work. Next time I have an issue I will not hesitate to use again. He also left the place cleaner than when he arrived!!! I can’t recommend enough.

I'm very impressed with the expert work Donald Fahey of JEN Plumbing has completed for me. Donald has always found the best ways to address the plumbing challenges presented by my 120-year-old home. And he does this all professionally, courteously & in a timely manner. This last visit, he was even able to rearrange his schedule so my time without water was minimized.

Great and fast response. We called Donald today and he was busy, but he made time to stop and fix our problem in the master bathroom. He even didn't want to charge for minor fix.
