James Plumbing Company

My garbage disposal had gone bad. I called James Plumbing. I got the answering machine at first, but the lady in the office (Linda) called me back in a very timely manner. She was very friendly and scheduled an appointment for me right then. My appointment was set for this morning between 8:30-10a.m. Johnathan, the plumber, was very prompt and was here at 8:30. He came straight in and got to work. Within 20 minutes, he had me a new disposal installed and he was a very pleasant young man. He even showed me how to unlock the blade if it ever jammed up on me. I highly recommend James Plumbing for all your plumbing needs! Thank you Linda and Johnathan for taking care of me in a very timely fashion!

Wonderful service. I called at 10:00 am this morning for a clogged drain and they had someone here by 1:15. The plumber fixed everything in 20 minutes. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Very impressive company.

We would highly recommend James Plumbing. After a recent snowstorm, they were able to come out the next day. All the other plumbers couldn't come out for a few days. They needed to replace our hot water heater and came back the next day. Everyone was extremely professional and responsive to our phone calls.

Suzette was fantastic in the office in helping me to get her all the necessary information give me all the options for my hot water tank that burst last week! Very kind and great customer service! Jonathon and his team did a great job of replacing my water heater! Definitely went the extra distance to find and dig up my city water valve that no one else has been able to find! Outstanding! And very thankful for their speedy and professional service I will always call James Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs!!!

We needed a plumber to fix an issue for us and we needed them right away. James plumbing was out the next morning. Had the problem addressed and fixed in an hour tops! Super nice guys and great work! Will definitely continue to use them at our business!
