James Hafke Plumbing

This is the second time we have used Hafke Plumbing. First was to replace our water heater and this time for a number of miscellaneous repairs. Our professional technician was Austin and we were very pleased with him. We gave him a “honey do list” and he reviewed everything, provided us with an estimate and immediately got to work! He was very thorough and professional. Once again, extremely satisfied and will certainly use Hafke Plumbing again when necessary. Thank you Austin!

Did a great job, upfront with pricing, gave multiple options did not try and hard sale, quick in getting her, showed me all his findings and how he was going to do the repair. Great job by Eric & Darius for Hafke Plumbing. Showed up on time. In fact, they showed up for an emergency repair within an hour when another plumbing business said they couldn’t be there until the next day. Instead of a simple repair, I expanded it to be an upgrade of My back porch sink (replacing my DIY work), and they rolled with it and came up with an affordable price. Work was done quickly and they cleaned up well afterwards. Very happy, and would recommend them highly.

Two stars because I had a decent interaction with them the last time I called for service. This time, the person who came in gave me a wrong diagnosis, then told me he would charge an absurd amount of money to fix the issue. I was forced to pay the first quote he gave me for the diagnosis, even though it did not fix the issue, over $250. Lastly, he said he knows they are expensive compared to other companies, but the guarantee is the best, and that's why they charge those prices. I don't know how you guys do business, but price gouging and getting extra money just because is not fair, and that's how you guys lose clients. I called three other companies, and they gave me extremely lower prices, and the best one had a lifetime guarantee. Whoever owns this company clearly has let his people run around him and take advantage of its clients. I was a returning client, and you just lost me. You have my contact information and know exactly what happened. Everyone, look at other options. The Goat Plumbing gave me a much better rate and service. They did not take advantage of my situation.

Rick from the Hafke was tremendously helpful in ensuring that a leaking toilet was resolved completely and professionally. He is an excellent communicator, clearly explaining the problem and the specific steps you could take to solve it. He was friendly and offered great customer service throughout. And he was also able to show up, diagnose the problem and get it fixed all within the window of time committed by his dispatch team. I highly recommend working with Rick and my extension the Hafke plumbing team.
