Great team! Gave me the advice I wanted to consider what type of water heater install would work best for our replacement. Zero pressure to make a decision. They showed up for the work and got it all done in one day- cleaned up and I was all set! I would absolutely call them again for other plumbing/gas pipe needs!!

Jacob’s team is truly the best. They are always reliable, professional, and consistently deliver excellent service. They have been my go-to for all of my plumbing needs and have never let me down. I haven’t worked with any other plumbers since finding them over three years ago, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We had a burst sewer pipe in our crawl space and also a clog somewhere in the main line. We called and spoke with Jacob to get an appointment by the next day. We were kept in the loop day of with anticipated arrival times. Once on-site, Brendan & Q gave us a breakdown of exactly what needed to be done prior to starting work. The whole team was super professional, responsive, and provided a great price for the amount of work and attention to detail!

Got a quote to roughin the water lines for sink, toilet, and shower. The water lines are already within 2 feet of the bathroom and they quoted $2500 to do the install. I just bought all the materials myself and spent less than $250 including the lumber. So $2250 for labor???? Half day job at best for 2 people, highway robbery.

Miscommunication caused no service repair

There really aren't enough words to express how thankful I am for Jacob's Plumbing. I am a big person on reviews, and after googling plumbers in my area, Jacob's Plumbing appeared with five stars and awesome reviews. I called on Monday morning because our hot water heater was busted. I spoke with Jacob and from the beginning he had a very warm and inviting spirit. He told me that he had an availability for Wednesday morning, gave me the very reasonable dispatch fee that would be assessed, and advised that he would be sending the technician, Kelsey, out between 9am and 11am. Wednesday morning, Kelsey called me at 8:38 advising that he would be on his way if it was ok. When he arrived, he was very friendly and thorough about what he would be doing. Within a few hrs, he had spoken with the warranty company, removed the old water heater, picked up and installed the new water heater. He even played with my dog a little and allowed him to stay out while they worked. The price that was charged for the service was very reasonable, and he gave me a quote for another issue that I will be calling them for. I would recommend Jacob's Plumbing to anyone and will be using them for all our future plumbing needs!

Made appt with Jacob on his cell phone Monday to install some faucets. He said "Thurs and Fri are wide open for me". I picked Thurs and he told me he'd "be here on Thurs at 9am". No call, no show today. We waited until 9:40 then called him to see where he was. After a long, silent pause he said that he did remember talking to me and making appt but had asked me to text my info after because he was driving. I texted him info immediately after ending call. He says he never got text and that it " must be some issue with my provider". He then asked me to send my old text to him so he could see it. I did have it (ha!) and he said he didn't get it yet texted me back to "try it" and I got his text. He then proceeded to tell me that he "had a really big job come up" and that he "couldn't get to us for at least another week". Obviously he got a bigger job and blew us off. A call would have been appreciated so we could find another....HONEST and reliable....plumber. A lousy thing to do and we will obviously be looking elsewhere.

I cannot say enough good things about Jacob’s Plumbing! Jacob is honest, professional and understanding, not to mention more than fair with cost! I had a garbage disposal disaster occur, while cleaning the house for out of town guests. I called the phone number for the business and spoke with Jacob, himself. I explained my situation and asked for help. Help, by the name of Kelsey, arrived within an hour. He knew exactly what to do and did so in no time. The charge for the job was less than I expected!! He even addressed a bathroom issue for me. I promise you I would recommend these gentlemen to anyone who needs plumbing help!!!

Months later they returned at my request and made adjustments to the system. NO CHARGE. I would add another star if that was possible. Jacob's Plumbing replaced our old gas hot water heater with a tankless unit. The technicians were knowledgeable in both the product and its installation. They explained our options, patiently listened to and answered our questions, and completed the work in a timely way. They worked efficiently and left a clean work area. Their prices we found reasonable. We are looking forward to having them back later this summer for another project. We would recommend them without qualification. Five stars!

Jacob and Brendon were such a delight to work with; professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. We had a water heater leak and didn't even know where to start. Brendon came out within a few hours, diagnosed it and talked me through everything he was doing and looking at, and even took a look at some other concerns I had while providing a genuine and honest opinion. The quote was cost effective and transparent. Timing and parts availability ended up working out perfectly and they were able to replace everything the same day. I wish I could give more stars and we will definitely be a return customer.

Jacob and his team are awesome! We had an emergency need and Jacob picked up the phone on the first call. His schedule was already full for the next couple of days, but Jacob somehow was able to get to us within the next 3 hours on the SAME DAY! They found the problem quickly and then resolved it. And last but not least, when they presented the invoice, it was very reasonable, especially considering it was an emergency call. Super thankful for a great and honest plumber when I need one! Jacobs plumbing come on the same day I called and was on time when his team would be there. Fixed water leak and gave us the best option to fix our issues. So thankful we called Jacob‘s plumbing service and will always use them for now on. His team was very professional and knowledgeable about our issues and was fixed in a timely matter. What he said the price would be is what it was no hidden fees and did not take advantage of our situation with having no water. Thanks so much

Jacob's plumbing was courteous, prompt, efficient, and very accommodating. Their quote was extremely reasonable and the work was done same day. I highly recommend their services over some of the larger more corporate plumbers. The work is guaranteed and done with extreme care. They fixed a delta shower that has been discontinued without the need to retile and replace the entire system. They are conservative with my money. I couldn't ask for more.

Have used Jacob's for the past 5 years, they have always been courteous, personable, and professional. We have never had to wait more than a couple of days (usually less) for service. We are in the middle of a complete kitchen remodel with all of the plumbing needing to be replaced. Our technician, MELO, did a great job in short order - a gentleman and professional. I have used Jacob's Plumbing on several occasions and have been very satisfied with their work . Very professional , good quality work for the price . They will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with what they repair . I have found them to be very straight forward with me and don't try to sell me on un needed repairs . I intend on using them for any future work I may need because I trust their judgement .
