Excellent service! Well priced. My husband and I just purchased a home in the area. We had some plumbing issues that arose literally after closing. J. Blanton Plumbing was able put me on the schedule quickly. They came out early the next morning. John, the technician, was able to completely solve all of our issues that same day! He is knowledgeable about the job, very professional, and communicated well. He showed me areas concern, and told me what to do to make sure the problem we had would not be back, but if it does come back, we know who to call!

We had an issue with our sump pump in a home we moved into less than a year ago, and we contacted J. Blanton Plumbing, Sewer & Drain. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and the service charge was very reasonable—especially since it’s applied toward any work performed. Robert Camargo came out the very next day (today) and just wrapped up his visit. He was extremely personable and genuinely a pleasure to talk with. Robert is honest, straightforward, and clearly very knowledgeable in his field. The way he explained the issue—with clear options for how to proceed and what each option would mean both now and in the future—made everything easy to understand. His communication style, paired with his expertise, gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. We truly appreciated having someone like Robert take the time to walk us through everything so thoroughly.

In the morning, Ronnie came to review the work we needed done. Ome of what we wanted ended up being more extensive in nature and was not needed or necessary. We agreed to just replace our toilet and faucet that we supplied. The other work required cutting into our wall which we did not want to do. Then later in the afternoon the actual plumber came out to do the work. Brendon was very pleasant and I went over what I needed done. Took about 2 hours to complete the job and he removed the garbage so I didn’t have to put it out to the trash. He also put the sticker with the faucet model # inside my cabinet for future reference which was great.
