Iverson plumbing did an amazing job! They were quick and reliable, were able to fit us in the next day and fixed our issues with all three of our 28 year old toilets! Jordan was great and checked in with us after each repair to make sure we were satisfied and ready for a houseful and party this weekend! I would definitely recommend Iverson Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!!

Contacted for potential gas leak within the house. They came out quickly to identify the areas that needed fixing, and the leaks in the gas lines. Kept us up-to-date with their findings and made recommendations for a fix. Ended up rerouting part of the gas line to accommodate an upstairs heater and water heater in the garage. It was an extensive job and I appreciated their thorough work. They explained everything they were doing, and I felt that the price quoted was very in line with the work they had to do. The county inspector said that the work was top notch. I was happy to hear that although I thought so myself.

My house flooded, top and bottom floors are affected and my insurance company needed a plumber’s assessment and report before anything else could be done for us. Naturally I ask around for plumber recommendations and 99% of the community recommended Iverson Plumbing. I’ll just be blunt… Eric and his team at Iverson Plumbing are absolutely the best. Not only is Eric himself the definition of professional. He talked me through all the possible outcomes of when he completes his assessment. Long story short, he completes his assessment, figures out the issue, does the repair, forwards the report to the adjuster, and now the ball continues to be rolling. Thank You Eric and Kelly! You guys are truly the best. My family and I appreciate you so much. The community appreciates you so much. Keep up the great work!

Very disappointed paid top dollar for Birthday cake early morning. Store said they ran out of Birthday chocolate signature and none in plastic birthday sign can be provided!!! Management is out of order!

Not impress with this location. Not many selection, dirty tables and slow services. First step, your order drinks machines are both broken.

When hearing about this new location in Rancho Cordova my family and I were excited as the prior closest 85°C Bakery was located over a 20 minute drive away. This peaked our interest and we decided to give this new location a try. The bread was nothing short of the usual quality you would expect from an 85°, and the service provided was met with friendly expectations. This new location overall was clean and spacious for the bread section, however, if you would prefer to dine in there may be some issues as the dining area in general is too small for comfort. The main issue for us and the reason for this two star review is that this location had such a major shortage of baked goods. Most of their selections had either no pastries and an empty space behind the pastry labels, or if there were actually something, the tray would only be half full and many of their selections only had one item left. Normally, if you would like to place a drink order at an 85°C Bakery it would be a simple process of ordering at a kiosk, however, at this location there is a sign directing you to order a drink at the register due to their shortage. I cannot say that my family and I wasn't excited to hear about an 85°C Bakery opening so close to where we live, but I also don't understand why they would choose to open this location so prematurely knowing that they would not be ready for actual customers. I hope that in a future visit with us we will be met with an abundance of choices and left as satisfied customers! Until then, I wish the best of luck to this location!

I love 85 degree pastries and Was driving miles to buy cakes before it got opened by my house. While pastries and cakes are the best in town - the service should be improved. The cashiers need to take some customer service classes. Went on 10/6/24 around noon to the store. Both cashiers were ringing up the customers. As soon as I get to the cashier - she left ‍. Literally - she went to the back of the store using the door behind the registers. I couldn't believe my eyes. The other cashier instead of helping me - started to help the customer behind me. I kid you not - this guy was ordering a bunch of drinks and I was holding couple items looking at this nonsense of customer service that was going on in that store. I left the pastries on the counter by the register and left. My next visit was on 10/11 7 pm. I told the cashier (male) that I don't like cold drinks. I bought tea - guess what....he gives me iced tea saying they don't sell hot teas‍. I also told him that i'm ordering for here. He put everything in the box and called it a day. No tray, no napkins, no utensils , nada...and disappeared. Then finally when he popped up again - I told him that the napkin dispenser is empty. Instead of giving me a couple napkins - he made me wait almost 5 minutes till he fills that dispenser ‍. Whoever the store manager is - please teach your staff what is customer service please. I am also a manager and I know this is not the way how you treat your customers. Taking 3 stars off for bad customer service. Pastries are great

Extremely disappointed with this location. I called in a cake order a day ago in the morning because their online ordering wasn't working. Someone took my order and said it would be ready at the time I needed and told me all I needed to do was simply come the day of pick up (today) and let them know it was a phone order. Came today and they didn't have any info or any cake for me. The guy who helped me looked all over and said there was no cake info that was left but I could get one of the cakes they had left (I didn't want those which is why I specifically CALLED IN for this cake.) He then proceeded to tell me that I was more than welcome to go to another location if I wanted that specific cake. I tried to remain calm because it is not his fault but what kind of customer service is that?? I ended up buying the sliced version of the cake, which they had four measly pieces left. He was nice enough to give me a small discount I guess but how embarrassing for me that I didn't get the cake for my aunts birthday. I'm disappointed they didn't even try to make it right. When I asked for future reference how could I guarantee I would get a cake I want he said order online (which wasn't working) or come in person to make sure you see someone writing down your order. Super inconvenient and extremely disappointed.

Outstanding! Excellent! Grateful! Anyone who has dealt with serious plumbing issues can understand how horrible that experience can be. I could only describe Iverson Plumbing with positivity and gratefulness. I wish I had met Eric and his family at Iverson Plumbing years ago when my sewer issues started. From my first contact with Kelly, her compassion and patience with me as I poured my frustrations and concerns, to meeting Erik with his calming and reassuring demeanor, I was confident I could trust them. I struggled with a previous plumber, who took great advantage causing me great distress. Eric helped me to understand my sewer and pipe issues, giving me opportunity to ask questions and do research. He worked with me on price, and came out quickly to perform services right before Thanksgiving (it also took several visits for which he did as a courtesy). The work him and his team did was awesome! He explained each step and made room for me to document with photos. It was just as important for him as it was for me to be knowledgeable and confident of the service work. They cleaned up the area before leaving, i was grateful. I can't express enough how thankful I am for the Iversons. I will be a customer for life and will always recommend them!

September 23, 2025 - Rancho Cordova First time here. We walked in and noticed the self-serve kiosks for ordering drinks. We ordered two Pumpkin Spice Lattes ($6.05 each)--one with oat milk. I had tried to select soy milk, but the kiosk showed it was out of stock. We asked about the soy milk, and we were told they don't normally stock it because no one orders it anymore. Maybe they should remove it from their kiosk choices, then. The bakery is spacious, and the goods are well displayed. The dessert case was impressive, with a huge selection of gorgeous pastries and sweets. Tempting as they were, I skipped this time since my latte already clocked in at 440-510 calories. Maybe next visit! Our drinks came out quickly. I appreciated that the server double-checked about food allergies before topping them with whipped cream--especially important since my husband has a milk allergy and wouldn't have been able to handle the whipped cream. Husband picked up a few cookies and a danish, which looked great. I'll definitely be back when I'm ready to indulge in one of their desserts.

Thank Goodness there's an 85 degrees in my hometown. Now I don't need to drive out to Arden to grab what I want. First thing , bring a bag from home to fill. And if you haven't signed up for the rewards, do that. You can download the app on your phone, or if your like me just give them your number. This will ensure you are getting the points. So I came in 3x, Yes 3x during the soft opening. I also returned during the grand opening to score some goodies. So I got the hot dog cheese bread, mushroom whole wheat (its ok)., I love the Chocolate hazelnut muffin, guava, pastry & Cheese tarts, egg tarts, almond croissant smeared with marzipan inside. My girls tried these milk bun with taro, another bun with mango cream, spinach and cheese, and bacon & cheese. There is so much to load up on when you come. My budget is $30-$40 . What I do is load up , let the gals have at it and the rest I freeze for the week , so when they come home from school they have something to munch on before dinner. Good stuff if you're in the area. It's in the KP shopping plaza.

Iverson plumbing has been great. They saved me $900 in unnecessary repairs today. After receiving a quote from a large, well known plumbing contractor for a $1,200 job to replace a “warped” shower valve that required tearing open a wall, Mike from Iverson promptly fixed the leak by replacing a minor part. He was scheduled to do the much larger job, but the shower valve didn’t look to him like it needed to be replaced. While he was here, he checked some other things as well. This saved me $900! This was my second experience with Mike. Last year he flawlessly installed a new kitchen faucet. They use disposable boots when they enter the home to keep floors clean, and fully clean up after they are through working. Invoices are done electronically on the spot, accurate and detailed, and are emailed immediately. Prior to the job, appointments were set up and scheduled by Kelly, who has been very efficient, friendly, and helpful. It has been a pleasure doing business with them.

I finally tried the taro drink--it was just okay, nothing I'd order again. I got it with low sugar and was glad to try it once, but it didn't stand out. What I really come here for are the taro buns. They're the best thing on the menu--very soft, fluffy, and consistently good. I'm always looking for taro items, and the big buns are definitely where this place shines. I also picked up cookies for my son (brownie cookie, and macadamia), but we didn't like them. They tasted mostly like sugar, were very hard, and felt like they were missing flavor. Their coffee is good, especially the Vietnamese coffee. Service could be friendlier--it doesn't feel very personal or welcoming. The Rancho Cordova location is in a large shopping center with plenty of parking, but the area itself feels a bit sketchy. Overall, a few standout items, but the experience could be warmer and more consistent.

We have used Iverson plumbing maybe 20 times over the last 3 years. They are fast to respond, kind, thorough and provide a fair quote. I would not take my business anywhere else. Today I had a broken water heater emergency and no money to fix it. Rather than go through our American Home Shield warranty and face the best service provider they could provide who was dubbed a scam on a Google review, we would rather borrow money or take out a loan to have reliable service from someone we trust. With a morning text they were out by noon and installed a new water heater by 4:00pm. Are you kidding me? I don’t have to go a month with the warranty scammer repair guy giving us the run-around? They are nothing short of AMAZING. Trust me you can’t go wrong with the family run business who have been helping people for decades. Thank you Iverson’s!
