“Tried for 30-45 min to get fireplace lit and was unsuccessful. Literally just wiped parts off. Then the guy tried to explain our options but was either drunk, or on drugs and couldn't get it straight. He rambled for 30 minutes and made no sense. He then charged us 109 for trying to fix it. Guess it was for his time? What a horrible experience and way to rip people off during this tough time.”
“I only got an estimate for gas line repair from Integrated and thank goodness I got a second appraisal! The technician came, extremely unprofessional talking in circles mostly about his personal affairs with confusion regarding repair of my gas line. Showed me $1651.44 to fix the problem, but when I received email with the estimate, scrolled down saw an additional 2342.50 for work not discussed! Shame on you …”
