Integrated Plumbing Solutions spent the time needed to understand my plumbing issue and provided me with reasonable options to correct it. They completed the job in two days but never left us without working water/sewer. Their cleanup was so good you can’t tell they were here. Everyone was friendly and professional, keeping us up to date on progress throughout the repair.

I made an online request for plumbing service last night. Matt B was at my house by 11am today and resolved a clog and replaced a corroded pea trap. Matt was very helpful and informative by explaining options and how to identify where the clog was and the best path forward.

Tried for 30-45 min to get fireplace lit and was unsuccessful. Literally just wiped parts off. Then the guy tried to explain our options but was either drunk, or on drugs and couldn't get it straight. He rambled for 30 minutes and made no sense. He then charged us 109 for trying to fix it. Guess it was for his time? What a horrible experience and way to rip people off during this tough time.

I only got an estimate for gas line repair from Integrated and thank goodness I got a second appraisal! The technician came, extremely unprofessional talking in circles mostly about his personal affairs with confusion regarding repair of my gas line. Showed me $1651.44 to fix the problem, but when I received email with the estimate, scrolled down saw an additional 2342.50 for work not discussed! Shame on you Integrated!!! All this after I told them I am older and on a fixed income. I saved $2843.94 by using a different certified plumber

Update: they came back out and corrected any issues. Appreciate them acknowledging my review and trying to set things right! Changing my review given the actual experience. My initial review was based on the quoting experience. Jacob was very thorough and answered all my questions during the quoting. Turns out we needed our water heater replaced and we ended up adding the filtration system. However the experience was less than satisfactory. First of all Jacob indicated that the schedule was tight and they really wanted to be at my house a certain day to get the job done and wouldn’t be available again for a long time. I shared that it wasn’t going to work because we wouldn’t be at the house after mid-morning. He said they could get here early and be done by then. He severely underestimated the time it would take to complete the job and created unnecessary inconveniences. My poor mother had to cancel appointments to stick around until the three guys left because while they said they wouldn’t enter the house (because I was gone) they actually did and my mother wasn’t leaving our babysitter in the house by herself with my son. They actually were supposed to be at the house at 7am, didn’t arrive till after 8am and ended up being at my house double the amount of time they said it would take to complete the job, leaving over 3 hours later than they said they would. What I also didn’t appreciate was the fact that I was supposed to be enjoying my day off on a boat with friends and I’m receiving multiple phone calls to pay the remaining invoice but Todd (supervisor) couldn’t take the time to call me back at a time when I would be free and possibly have reception (again, I was on a boat) to hear my frustrations on the delay in completion. Now he’s out for ten days with no resolve. And here is the kicker: Turns out they should have added the sediment filter to the filtration system. The manufacturer states that “pre-filtration with a sediment filter is recommended even before the main system, especially if water has heavy sediment loads.” Pretty sure anyone in Kennesaw knows we have high sediment loads in our water, plumber or not.

EDIT: I am updating my review 9 months later because I feel guilty about this review and didn't tell the full truth. So I'm coming clean. The reason why this company has such high reviews is because you get a discount if you leave one. So don't be a dummy and fall for that age old scam like I did. Also they ripped me off so bad and I was so embarrassed. They charged me OVER $800 to fix a wax seal on a toilet. For comparison, I had a different master plumber buy and install an entirely new toilet in a different bathroom for a total cost of $400 INCLUDING the cost of the toilet itself. Integrated Plumbing told me it would cost $400 but didn't inform me until the work was done that the $400 was ON TOP of the down payment I'd already made. The down payment was for them to perform a smoke test which they chose not to do, even though it was the only reason i called them back in. I also asked them to bring a camera to do a deep search and they told me it "wasn't charged" and it was "unnecessary." This bothers me daily because I really wanted this company to be a partner but I think they just saw a mark. I still wrestle with an unidentified smell in my house, I never got the smoke test I requested, and I foolishly lost the $1,000 I'd saved to get this work done. Don't believe me? I'm attaching proof with my invoice. Apologies to an anyone I misled with my original review. I'm keeping it here so you can see it. And when I get my bonus this year, I'll call a different company to help me fix this issue. I'll never deal with them again. _____ I have an unidentified smell in my house that I'm absolutely determined to get to the bottom of. Integrated Plumbing sent John out and he's been a true partner in helping me troubleshoot. We've found issues related to previous "flippers" or service providers who didn't install water heater venting correctly and a toilet that was poorly installed. This team is definitely more of a partner than a service and I really appreciate their help! Treat John right - he's a gem!

Back in May or June of 2014, I bought my first home in Marietta and the previous owners used an electric stove so we swapped it out with a gas stove. However, we did not have a gas line connected from the downstairs garage up to the second floor kitchen so I first reached out to Mr. Plumber for their service. I had to pass on them for being overpriced, extremely poor customer service, and exploiting customers lack of plumbing knowledge (please read my review about them). If I recall, I was given a block time when the plumber would arrive and he came in just within the time frame. Also, if I recall his name was Nick. I explained to him my problem, and he said that instead of using copper all the way upstairs, that they could use a flex connector instead for half the price! I was dumbfounded that Mr. Plumber failed to even mention this to me and go in depth as to the benefits of it. Furthermore, Nick said he could have my gas connected in just an hour instead of the half day or more that Mr. Plumber offered. Nick was missing a part, but went ahead to his office to retrieve at a small cost. Also, he had another fellow to help him install it since you need somebody else to push and pull the cable. Nick's side kick came in really helpful later when he had to crawl underneath the sink to get around to the back of the stove to connect it all. I looked over their connections and everything was secure and neat running up through the garage ceiling. I was extremely pleased with their work so mush so that I called them back for a second visit to check my water heater.

We had a leak with a shower fixture and needed it replaced. Basically it was a disaster. In summary Integrated Plumbing Solutions sent out Brandon, who seemed nice, who charged us $1,042 to open our bathroom wall and install the base of our new Kohler fixture. When our tile contractor came to do the repair the tile he noticed Brandon did not follow the manufacturers guidelines on the depth the fixture should be set at. Brandon set it too far out. We got Brandon back to reset it and he said we needed our tile contractor to come back out and reopen part of the hole so he could reset it. We did that. Then when we called the company to get Brandon back and it turned out he no longer worked for them. We got Integrated Plumbing to send someone else out who said it could not be fixed, and called his supervisor for help. The supervisor was looking at some solutions and never got back to us despite our sending emails and calling. Finally we gave up and found another solution independent from them to fix it. This company has NO INTEGRITY. Basically their plumber made a mistake, charged us a boatload, and they ignored us when we asked for it to be fixed. I encourage you to stay away from this crooked company!!!

Our rental home in Woodstock was a victim of the polar vortex of 2014. One of our pipes froze and when the temps warmed up, it burst causing water damage to a wall in the garage. I don't live in the area anymore, so I had to do a bit of Googling to find a local plumber who seemed trustworthy. This company popped up on Yelp with a good review. When I went to their website, I was happy to see they run a 24-hour emergency line. Score! I talked to Christina on the emergency line who was super helpful! Business was so busy, so I understood that it may be a long wait, but she told me she was confident that one of the plumbers could make it to my house by the evening (I called around 10/11 a.m.). To my surprise, a plumber was able to show up within a few hours and fix the broken pipe. On a day like that day, when it seemed like everyone's pipes were bursting and you'd be crazy to get service same day, I almost can't believe it was fixed so quickly. It cost us, but it's fixed and it was fixed fast. Ask about getting the website discount - you can get $25 to $250 off for visiting the website.

I contacted Integrated Plumbing Solutions to first ask if they were familiar working on Bosch Tankless Water Heaters. They put me on hold and came back to say YES they were familiar with the system. I scheduled the appt and a few days later, they were there. Although the technician was there on time, it was clear he did not know what he was doing. He was on his tablet for over two hours trying to diagnosis the problem when he finally offered us two options... replace a gas valve, a pilot generator and flush the system for $1,100 or replace the entire water heater to something newer and simpilier for $3,600. Needless the say I wanted a second option. I called Bosch (which I should have done in the first place) and asked them to send out an authorized technician. The tech got out there and had our system working within 5 MINUTES. It was a dirty ignitor which he was able to clean it and got it relit. Final cost with the Bosch Technician...$89! Please beware with Integrated Plumbing Solutions, they might not know what they are doing...

Jordy Fajardo was our technician from Integrated Plumbing Solutions. He arrived on time, he was very professional and he was also very knowledgeable. Before he began the repairs on our damaged gate valve, he explained to me how and why he would approach the repair. Our damaged gate valve was in a very small and difficult location outside of our complex gate entry. The job required a very skillful technician. So, we got lucky when Sandy at Integrated Plumbing Solutions assigned our job to Jordy. Jordy's work was outstanding. I've been a Property Manager and an REO Broker for over 27 years in metro Atlanta. In that time, I've worked with dozens of plumbers, some were good and others not so good. Jordy, he was the best! I would recommend Integrated Plumbing Solutions to anyone in need of a good plumber. Thank you, Jordy. Job well done.

We're in a rental so when we saw a leak on our side of the water meter we called the landlady. The following day one of these guys (Eddie) called and said he was on the way. He pulled up in a company van and didn't bother knocking but got the landlady on the phone. I stepped outside since he was on the porch and he turned away from me and went to the street. I heard him say he would have to replace the underground pipe from the road to the house and it would be about $1300. WHAT??? He left (never said boo to me), later the "Call before you dig" people came and identified the underground utilities. We were livid so we pulled the pipe off the meter, found a busted seal, picked one up for a couple dollars and fixed it ourselves. The landlady cancelled with Integrated Plumbing Solutions. WHAT A RIP OFF.

I want to start by saying how incredibly impressed I am with this company. Every time that I've requested service from them, I've been promptly scheduled for a technician to come out the very next day! It seems that that's almost unheard of these days, so that also speaks to how terrific their customer service is. So, the last service technician to come to my house was Jordy Fajardo, who I cannot say enough great things about. He was very kind, well-mannered, engaging, knowledgeable, informative, professional, and just a pleasure to be around! He's a true gentleman, with a very apparent eagerness to help others, and an obvious passion for both his job and his profession. He resolved all of the issues that I needed help with ... and cheerfully, to boot! Thanks again, Jordy!

Metro Atlanta, Please do yourself a favor and NEVER use this company. I live in a high-rise building in Sandy Springs. These people turn a 2 hours hot water low boy replacement into a 8 hour insurance nightmare for me and my neighbors. Even after chaos they caused I tried to speak with their management about insurance repairs. Jenny Irons, refused to listen a hung up on me and told her staff to do the same! I told him this is improper and unprofessional especially with everyone using social media. Then he hung up on me. Jenny Irons when sent an email which said in parts "Firstly I apologize for hanging up on you, I should have not done that but there is truly nothing i can do." Right, Atlanta don't let these people do nothing for you.
