Huge shout out to Steven and Imperial Plumbing and Heating for fixing a problem we didn’t even knew we had! We asked them to come over to look at our sink since we assumed there was a clog preventing the water going down. After Steven took a look he noticed we were dealing with a much bigger problem. Our pipe had rust buildup and there was no room for ANY water flow. Now we have new PVC pipes and our water is flowing better than ever. Thank you so much Steven and team! Can’t recommend them enough for their quick and reputable service!!

My water heater was 13 years old and leaking. It was refreshing to find Imperial Plumbing & Heating. After speaking with Steve, I sent some pictures and promptly received a proper scope of work for what needed to be done - including installation, removal, correcting venting issues and some additional plumbing fixes to support a proper installation. Steve and Kevin showed up on time and were very professional, respectful and helpful with answering questions. Great work and no BS - they did exactly what they said they would. I will sleep better this winter knowing my water heater has been taken care of by Imperial.

I had a really positive experience with Dan and Steve. They were excellent communicators and gave us a fair, competitive price for replacing our water heater. They were honest, worked efficiently, even with the tight schedule around the holidays. They took great care to respect our home, using tarps and boot covers to keep everything clean. The job was done quietly and professionally, and I’m very happy with the results. They even fixed another issue while they were here and were a pleasure to deal with.
