We had a prior company come out, found we had a bad connection that was leaking from a pipe leading into our septic tank. The company never got back to us for an estimate, which then we had to find help elsewhere. We got in contact with Illinois Sewer & Drain, Inc. They were able to come out same day. They came out assessed our situation, explained what needed to be done, were honest and performed the job professionally and efficiently. Very pleased with Illinois Sewer & Drain Inc.

My local plumber referred me to Joe after realizing the issue was more serious than expected. Joe and Darrin used a camera to diagnose multiple breaks in my sewer line. The repair took two days, and they were professional, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process. I bought a large 1860s house in Sycamore that had rusted out and cracked cast iron pipe that leaked sewage. Illinois Sewer and Drain used a sewer camera as part of the inspection and found we have two outgoing sewer lines and one was collapsed. They gave me a very competitive bid to connect the broken line with the one that was still working by pulling up the stone floor and rerouting the line across the basement. They were careful not to damage the historic stone work and replaced and leveled them when finished. It turned out to be a bigger project with cracked pipes just outside the basement, so they called in several more guys to get the job done. Great experience working with them.

Had a sewage backup through a basement drain on a Saturday. Joel was out within a few hours and spent 5 hours trying to clean out my sewage pipe which he did, but after scoping with camera found highly deteriorated cast sewer pipe which was the cause. Showed me the evidence from camera so we scheduled a follow appt for him to come out Monday and replace that section of pipe in my basement concrete floor. Joel was very professional and completed very good work. All work was done in 1 day including concrete. Highly recommend!
