Tech arrived quick, scoped it, explained options clearly (no BS upsell). Went trenchless relining—zero yard destruction. A small miscommunication at the beginning but it is resolved by the team, I would recommend checking carefully the scope of works to avoid this in the future. Otherwise great service, attitude and customer care, we had some related issues afterwards and the technician comes back the next day to fix without charge and even stay around to ensure no further problems. Leak Detection Service was requested and these people came in, found the leak right away, repaired that for us, our big bill worries are gone. They took care of my house water main in Danville, if you ever need leak detection and get it repaired. I would always call them again.

Great experience with Hydroworks Plumbing. They really go an extra step to take care of the job. We got Main sewer Line replaced in San Mateo and they knocked it out in pretty short anount of time. Left property cleaned like nothing happened befoe.
