The technician did an excellent job repairing and installing the shower. Before starting the work, he took the time to clearly explain the issue and the steps he would take. The quality of the service was really good and the price they charged was very reasonable. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend their services.

Sebastian is great. He is skilled, reliable, and responsive. He completed the entire plumbing renovation of our house, which included replacing all of our pipes and fixing our boiler. Sebastian has been helping with a partial kitchen, basement, and garage renovation, and he has been just fantastic. His work is impeccable, he's a great communicator, and he couldn't be easier to work with. As a testament to his work, our (very picky!) general contractor has since had Sebastian work on any number of other jobs. What makes him such a standout in our experience is his creative thinking with an old house with cranky plumbing systems, and his excellent judgement when there's more than one way to make something work. For example, we had a laundry area that was cramped and awkward because of pipes that went directly from the floor to the ceiling in the middle of the room. Sebastian figured out an elegant solution that let us reorient the machines altogether and get us basically a new full room--hard to do in that space. Likewise, he figured out a great solution when we needed to vent a sink in a new island. He "future proofed" any number of systems in our house, including making sure the outside lines have easy-access drain valves. In addition to his great work, he's also someone we're 100% comfortable having in our house and around our kids. I have complete faith in his work--and we're definitely keeping him on speed dial for any projects or issues we encounter.

I highly highly recommend this business. He was courteous, prompt and truly just a sigh of relief for us. We had a house inspector spot a "leak" in the basement and the new home owners wanted proof that it was taken care of. We contacted Hydrosphere Corp and he came quickly and confirmed there were no pipes there to leak. We concluded that it was a water spillage from the floorboard upstairs. He just took care of us, even sending a receipt to prove that he came. You have no idea how much that meant to us and we are so grateful. Sebastian and his crew at Hydrosphere are the best! They did all the plumbing, both water and gas, for my full gut renovation of a three story, two family townhouse in Brooklyn and did such an excellent, high-quality job. There was some red-tape hangups with getting the right approvals from the Department of Buildings, and Hydrosphere knew exactly what to do to get those resolved. Then, after we moved in and had some questions about things, they were willing to come by and show us the answers--awesome customer service! They will always be the first and only company I call for plumbing and I highly, highly recommend them.
