Have been a member of their monthly maintenance plan for a couple of years now. I love that, unlike their competitors, they actually call to remind you that one of your free annual tune-ups is ready, instead of just taking your money and ignoring you the way the "last company I used" did. Fernando and Dalton came out for my annual AC inspection today, found a minor problem, were straightforward in explaining what was happening and what my options were, and let me make the call on how to proceed. An extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional group of people to work with.

Scheduling was easy. The morning of the appointment, Kevin the supervisor called and asked about the plumbing before the plumber was set to arrive .Faron was on time, polite and explained what he recommended to solve the issue. He discussed his findings with Kevin and Kevin then called me to discuss the charges. After we agreed upon a dollar amount, Faron completed the job and even fixed a sluggish hot water flow from our kitchen tap in the process. Very happy with the results.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I am very happy with the service Home Heroes provided. They replaced both a water heater and a water softener in my home at a great price. The company is very professional, starting with the customer service representative (Cate) and continuing to the service manager (Kevin). The technicians that performed the work (Faron and two others) were extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be using Home Heroes for future service!

Travis and another tech were cheerful, polite and extremely knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job that even got compliments from my professional engineer brother. They installed a heat pump hybrid water heater and a high efficiency water softener, rerouted the whole house water shutoff from the crawl space to the garage and installed two new outdoor faucets all in one day! It was a long day for them but they stuck it out to get me back up and running with water and my geothermal furnace that quickly. They may not be the cheapest out there but their work and work ethic are outstanding. I will definitely use them again for any future needs. I trust them to do a good job and get it done quickly. I do want to give an update. I’m still convinced I made a good choice in Home Heroes. They do excellent work and are very good at communicating. I did, however, have a major leak occur in the garage a couple days after installation. A pipe came loose from the water softener and made a mess. Home Heroes did take full responsibility for fixing the resulting drywall and outlet issues and had contractors out the same week at their expense after fixing the leak. They even installed fans and a dehumidifier in the crawl space to handle humidity issues that the sump pump couldn’t address. Mistakes happens from time to time. What the people responsible do to clean the mess up is what really matters. Home Heroes owned it and took care of it fully. I’m still glad I picked them. I will still pick them again for future needs.

Home Heroes did a great job repairing the pressure problem in our bathroom. They were quick to diagnose the issue and fixed it the same day. They offered clear pricing options and explained the cost of their services thoroughly.”
