My AC was not working so I called and got a same day appointment. Denny was awesome. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it temporarily because my AC is 28 years. We discussed the pricing of a new air conditioning unit. He was very thorough and explained the different models. We ultimately are getting a new air conditioner on Wednesday. The finance process was very easy. Denny was friendly and very easy to talk to. Highly recommend Denny and Holt for any repairs or new installs. Denny was very trustworthy.

I had an excellent experience with JD while he worked on a fireplace cap-off in my home. From the very beginning, his communication was outstanding—he let me know ahead of time when he would arrive, which gave me plenty of time to get my dogs put away and everything ready. JD was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain what he would be doing before starting and then walked me through everything again once the job was completed. I really appreciated how informative and transparent he was. He made me feel completely comfortable—at no point did it feel like I had a stranger in my home. I felt at ease asking questions, and he answered every one with patience and professionalism. On top of that, he worked quickly, his pricing was very affordable, and he left my home looking spotless—like the job had been done with the utmost care and professionalism. We are really happy we signed up for a free electrical inspection from Tyler at Holt. He was excellent at explaining our options and pricing. Tyler and Azri came back the next day and performed the services with impeccable customer care - they even moved our stuff out of the way and put it back since the outlets they updated and created were in the garage.

Knowledgeable and friendly. David was on time and fixed our issue. We had multiple techs at our house today for various reasons. I did offer the techs $20 to fight on my front lawn for my own entertainment reasons. My offer was politely declined. Holt always has the most professional staff. Would recommend. Thanks!

Dylan was awesome. We got a new water heater and a new water softener. He did a great job. He’s very personable and I would definitely have him back. The most disappointing factor was the price with Holt. I thought $12,000 plus was pretty expensive for what we got.
