What To Watch Out For
Poor workmanship accountability: technician broke a pipe during drain cleaning and refused responsibility, blaming pre-existing pipe failure despite two independent plumbers confirming the damage was caused by improper technique.
Installation quality issues: drain work left unsealed with pipes cut too short, resulting in ongoing leaks a month and a half after service.
Hostile customer service: when contacted about failed work, phone representative was 'yelling and being very disrespectful,' dismissing complaints with 'what's done is done' and refusing any recourse.

Stephen was a friendly and a hard worker. He was patient and willing to listen what the house owner wants. He was determine to get the drain cleared. Based on my encounter with Stephen I can say that I trust his work and I would recommend Stephen to anyone that need plumbing done. Thanks again.
We had a great experience with Harts. We had a leak in the crawlspace coming from the plumbing for the kitchen sink. They were able to replace the small section that had cracked without replacing the whole pipe system. This was originally quoted as a $5k repair but he was able to do it for $665. Plumber was knowledgeable and considerate. He had the repair done in a hour. I will be recommending this company to anyone in town with plumbing issues. 5 stars!
Needed custom ductwork fabrication to connect our new over-the-range microwave vent to existing ductwork with a challenging offset. Nathan from Harts was great throughout the entire process. He took careful measurements and detailed notes during the initial assessment, put me in touch with the right department to work with me on pricing to reach a fair agreement, and kept me updated on when the custom piece would arrive. When he returned for installation, he was prompt and professional - the entire job took less than an hour. The custom piece fit perfectly and everything was tested before he left. Really impressed with the quality of work and communication. Would definitely recommend Harts and Nathan specifically for any HVAC work.
The technician was very nice but that’s the only positive. He tried to snake the drain because our kitchen sink was backing up. He couldn’t get the snake down the pipe and actually broke a pipe in the process. Then he told me that he wouldn’t be able to repair it and I would have to wait at least 5 days if I wanted them to repair it (for$$$, they were going to charge me to repair it). I had to call a second company to come repair the pipe. It cost me 3600 to get that pipe fixed and now I have holes cut through my cabinets and drywall. They broke an ABS pipe and said “well your pipes must have been failing for it to break like that” HARTS COMPLETELY FAILED AND THEY REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSED. See attached pics for what was broken. The snake should have gone down that first turn and instead it went across and he just repeatedly jabbed the p trap until a part of it snapped. This all occurred yesterday, 6/11. Two other plumbers have both told me that the price was definitely broken by the failed attempt to clear the drain.
I had the worst experience with this company ever. Our garbage disposal was broke and under the sink was a leaking issue. First of all he came late at night to do the job. He never asked if we wanted to replace the garbage disposal. He just cut out the disposal and replaced the drain. It’s a month and a half later and the sink has been leaking still ever since. We called a different company and the guy said that, he (this company) didn’t even seal the drain, the pipes he cut were too short and etc. We called this company to tell them and to see about a refund because the job was not done properly. And the lady on the phone had thee worst customer service ever. She was yelling and being very disrespectful. She told us what’s done is done and that’s our problem not hers. And that we won’t be getting anything from them.
