Trae and Will did an excellent job, they were very courteous and careful in their work. they were so personable that even my dogs liked them. The job was a bit pricey, but we are very satisfied.

Jared did a great job and fixed our clogged pipes at a very reasonable price. He was very clean and left the area cleaner than when he started. We highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

I don't know anything about Happy Pipes except when we really really needed a plumber a few years ago for an undesirable job, they were available on a weekend. They did excellent work then, and have performed several additional service calls in the ensuing years. Always professional, personable, and available. Total satisfaction.

My first experience with We the People Plumbing was great. I bought a new house, they came in by request from the previous owners to fix an issue with our water shut off valve. It was fixed that day. I got ownership of the house and had to call them in to get a quote as we were doing some renos to the kitchen. When they got there they informed me that when they were here last time they noticed a leak in the drainage pipe but didnt say anything because they thought it was a renter /landlord. ( which doesnt make sense to me) They followed up with a quote for the "new leak" but also for "some" of the items i asked to be quoted but then did not fully quote me on what i wanted/needed done. When I asked for a new quote for the pre mentioned drainage leak as I was going to put that through my inspection warranty I was given a blank e-mail with pipe needs to be replaces. There was no business logo, no price, no in my experience and witness statement. I requested via text and e-mail follow ups to receive nothing for a week. I then got a response that a family member had passed (sorry for your loss) and that they would get back to me asap with that quote so we could get the work done. I followed up 3 more times , even wrote our a statement for them to go over and literally just put on the letterhead to send to the insurance company. I never received that quote, had to go and find another plumber that was willing to write something up based off of what I told them happened. It was unfortunate that it had to go down like that and maybe there was something else that came up. It definitely shouldn't take longer than a month to respond to a person with a simple e-mail about a leak you previously saw in my new home that I just bought!!! i expected more.

The 2 gentlemen that came to my house we’re extremely professional well prepared and went above and beyond what I expected I would’ve left a five star review but the I received lack punctuation, capitalization, or any form of demarcation or delineation. I don’t blame the two gentleman that came to my house to complete the job, but I was under the impression that what was going to be completed in my home was more than what was actually done based off of the way the bid and the scope of work read. I’ve worked in HVAC in both the commercial and residential field for 10+ years. It’s very important to ensure that your customers understand the scope of work being conducted in their home. I reached out multiple times to have the original plumber ensure that the bid was exactly what I asked for but the floor drain that I had asked to be relocated was not in the original bid which had me incurred an additional $250 and the cast-iron stack That I had asked to be removed and replumbed was not included in the original bid. I’m not dissatisfied, but I do expect more from a professional company. I want to restate that the two gentleman that were in my home were both professional courteous cleaned up. Their workstation were kind proficient and timely. Whatever you’re paying them double it if not, triple it they’re worth it.

Quick response. Good follow through. I know I overpaid for the first service, but okay to pay a professional for prompt and quality workmanship. Issue still existed so needed them to come out again. Again, prompt and good communication. All they did was install a hammer arrestor on cold faucet line. Less than 5 minute repair and parts you could get for under $30 and they wanted to charge me $450 - crazy. Again, don’t mind paying a little more, but that is ridiculous. Told them to take it off and just charge me for their service call - which I was told $115, then tried to charge me $130 and then settled on $118. Went to Home Depot and got arrestor on sale for under $10. Installed in 5 minutes. Bottom line, prompt, friendly, professional, quality work, but not willing to overpay that much. Will give another plumber a try in the future.

Jared and Dusty were outstanding! Very quality work. I had plumbing and gas line work done. What is really important, they honestly care about customers' safety. Natural gas scares me because I can not smell. I mentioned this to Jared, and he had the perfect solution; natural gas detectors. I was thrilled with this solution. Having natural gas detectors gives me peace of mind with so many gas appliances. It's so comforting to know I'm safe. Quality, safety, and real, solution driven, customer service. Happy Pipes has plumbed several remodeling projects for me. I could not be more happier with them. The guys have always been professional with my clients, cleaned up their mess and always done an absolute super job. As a remodeling contractor I don’t use anyone else. Happy Pipes plumbing has always had fair and honest pricing which is important. They have never tried to sell me something I didn’t need, but always have made some good suggestions when needed. Thank you, Happy pipes for your team of technicians that always gets the job done and done well.

These guys were AWESOME! They helped me connect a sewer and water line for my future ADU from my house, and it was not a small task! They went under 85 feet of driveway, when other plumbers would have made me cut it all up! They saved me time AND money, and on top of all of that, they had a stellar attitude! I just wanted to High-5 them at the end, great job guys! :) Update: I’ve had them connect my plumbing for my ADU and they also helped me with a clog in my son’s tub. They are all about service, 10 of 10 highly recommend!

Trustworthy and dependable. We’ve used Happy Pipes multiple times, both for fixing issues and to rough in a bathroom renovation. I’ve always been impressed by their integrity, and continue to be. They recently visited to look into a problem, saw something they had done previously (via a former employee) that wasn’t up to snuff, and made it right. It’s the type of service that has become uncommon, but means a lot when you experience it. Thank you!

Abraham was amazing! He responded very quickly, came out to my house the very next morning & got my water heater up & running again. He's also a very honest man, as it was just something that was put back in the wrong place. He let my husband & I know that & said he couldn't charge us for that. However because of his honesty & fast response, we decided to give him a pretty good tip. Would highly recommend We The People

Happy Pipes has done a great job for me on several occasions. The workers are skilled, very professional and pricing is fair, unlike many of the big consolidated groups. A few months ago I called a big name company that advertises a lot and they quoted me $1,300 to do a simple garbage disposal replacement. I did it myself for $130 and it took me less than an hour. I highly recommend Happy Pipes!

I use a home warranty company and We the People came out to check my water heater that was of course working when they arrived! They throughly checked everything! They were unable to find anything but noticed that my expansion tank had failed working. Very professional and informative and answered all my questions and concerns. I definitely will use them in the future! Great company!!!!

Happy Pipes Plumbing was a life saver for us today. We had a bust in our shower that caused water flowing below to our basement bathroom and laundry room. They came out same day and were able to get us all fixed up. Justin gave us three options and we chose the one best for us. Worth every penny!!! I will call them again for any of our plumbing needs.
