Our water heater pilot light wouldnt stay lit and the burner wouldn't light. We called 10 mins before they closed. They called us back about 20 minutes later and said they would be on their way. They showed up within an hour of us first calling them. They were very kind and polite. They fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them again!

Jordan did great work on a complete plumbing remodel and answered any questions along the way. Provided demo of the bathroom, replumbing and setting of tub, (soon to be) vanity & (soon to be) toilet once they are ready for him, all for what I thought was a very great price.

I can't say enough about how great these guys are. What started out as a leech lines repair became a full septic system replacement. They were up front about everything from start to finish and took all the necessary steps to ensure things were done correctly and to code. I felt confident and comfortable with every decision as they explained everything in a way that helped me to fully understand the current situation that my original septic tank was in. Consulting others about the situation only confirmed that these guys know their stuff. Highly recommended.

I needed emergency service (that they advertise is 24/7 per the owner on Google ), but the phone number is "unavailable " and the voicemail box is full. They are an approved contractor through my home warranty company, AHS. Due to not being able to reach them, it has delayed my work order 12 hours and still counting. I have no water in the meantime and am missing work.

Amazing company. Can not say enough about the work they completed 4 our home. On Time and within the Estimated price.. which is Always a plus in my book. Would definitely choose to use these guys again. If u have any plumbing issues i recommend giving Grider Plumbing a chance. U won't regret it!
