“I needed emergency service (that they advertise is 24/7 per the owner on Google ), but the phone number is "unavailable " and the voicemail box is full. They are an approved contractor through my home warranty company, AHS. Due to not being able to reach them, it has delayed my work order 12 hours and still counting. I have no water in the meantime and am missing work.”

“Our water heater pilot light wouldnt stay lit and the burner wouldn't light. We called 10 mins before they closed. They called us back about 20 minutes later and said they would be on their way. They showed up within an hour of us first calling them. They were very kind and polite. They fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them again!”
