We have used Great Lakes Plumbing for many years now and are always very pleased with their work. This morning, we had a plugged up toilet and we were so pleased that they were able to come today to fix it. Everyone we have ever dealt with at Great Lakes has been courteous and professional. The plumber always explains the cost and does excellent work.

They were very responsive and helpful when our tankless water heater stopped working. The tech, Alex, was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. He was able to get the tankless working temporarily while parts were en route and then took less time to fix it than originally planned. I would definitely call them again for service.

They were my 3rd call on plumbers. I had an issue with sewerline back up. I called to see who would help needless to say I was about to get ripped off my a company that charges 99$. I called great lakes because I felt something was wrong. Nick came out to give me a free quote on the sewerline. We didn't know what it really needed and I wanted to make sure. Nick put me at ease on my situation. He fully looked through their own camera. He was very knowledgeable..and Was surprised ..so was I with our ending out come. I'm glad I didn't go with the other companies. Great lakes plumbing is affordable and they a honest. I am glad to get jetting done with them..and any further needs. Thank you. For being honest.

Great Lakes Plumbing is wonderful! I called with several plumbing issues that needed attention. I talked with a very pleasant lady who listened to my issues. Also, I wanted to replace toilets in two bathrooms. She followed through with pictures and cost/labor to replace them. Taylor arrived the next day as scheduled and inspected and evaluated ALL my concerns. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind and took the time to address all my issues and concerns.
