I met Charles coming out of Home Depot today with my neighbor who was helping me with an issue going on with my outside pipe, we asked could we ask him about the issue and although he was busy he politely answered and was so generous. When I got back home my neighbor, did as Charles advised but we still had an issue. I called Charles and he was able to send his employer out and shortly after, he himself came out and resolved the issue. I was grateful to have met him and his team today! Truly good people. We had a leaking mainline leading to our house that we didn't notice until the huge water bills. Sam and Andrew showed up promptly, confirmed that the leak was outside and not in the house (putting our mind at ease quite a bit) and offered multiple solutions. We opted to just replace the whole line as we trusted their expertise. Charles and his team were flexible and worked around our busy holiday travel schedule to get the line replaced quickly at a fair and reasonable price. Excellent job, will work with them again.
