Called to have plumber come out and replace non-working disposer. David arrived and proceeded to run all the tests we had done and came to same conclusion -- " new disposer". Upon taking off old disposer he noticed a wire had come loose and fallen down inside . He reattached wire- did a test run and then proceeded to put existing disposer back in place. We really appreciate the honesty , it would have been very easy to put in new disposer and we would never have known!! Older people are often taken advantage of, nice to know there are still honest people in the world!! We have used them before and will again if situation arises.Diane was super helpful as well in sending someone out quickly. Thank You!

I had a serious backup in my drains and after calling literally a dozen plumbers, I finally got lucky. A very kind receptionist at Gary McBride Plumbing contacted two of her men and they came to my house after their last job. They were efficient, kind and thorough. They even cleaned up the bathroom before they left. They really saved the day for me, and I don’t know what I’d have done if the hadn’t been able to help. Highest recommendation.

Highly recommend this company! They came to our house a few months ago because we had standing water in our yard. They quickly repaired the problem and billed me for it later. Yesterday we found out a different pipe right next to where they were working had deteriorated too. We called Mr. McBride up and him and his crew were at my house the next morning. He and his crew fixed it for us for free! They truly care about their customers and understand how expensive it can be to continuously have to pay for plumbing repairs. Very thankful! He said he really appreciated our family’s service to our country through the military and were happy to help us out! Now I can’t promise free work but I can guarantee a job well done! Great guy. Great company.

After trying a couple of other companies, and having one try to charge $1500+ just to break out the excavator over a pipe that I myself found was only 3in deep, I saw Gary McBride off of hwy.80 and gave them a call. They've now fixed multiple broken pipes on my property and even the one time they legitimately had to use the excavator it was less than $1500. Their guys have been honest, shown me the issue before fixing when possible, and just handled their business when I didn't have time to come to the property myself. Since I've started using them I've sent a few neighbors their way and everyone has thanked me for it. Can't suggest them more highly.
