Great place to deliver a load. Friendly and professional people here. Delivery docks are to the back warehouse area. Three docks only to receive. Tight to back into but shouldn't be a problem if you set up right if truck and trailer in docks already. My appointment was at 9:30a and arrived at 830a. Five trucks in line already before me. Took approximately three and a half hours to be able to dock. First time I delivered here was a breeze but this time was longer than expected. Great place anyway. 👍

We had an excellent experience with Garrison plumbing company. During the ice storm we need help and could not find anyone available. From the moment I called, their team was prompt, professional. Tues, Tech Alex arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything in clear, straightforward terms. The work was done efficiently, with great attention to detail, and they left the area spotless when they were finished. What really stood out was their honesty and customer care. They didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and the pricing was fair and transparent. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, integrity, and friendly service so well. Thursday Tech Issac came to complete the job. Great guy ,polite and knowledgeable. Although he didn’t have all the information he did his best to finish the job and worked late to ensure everything was completed. Great job Issac Highly recommend.. Thank You !

Had a great experience with Garrison Plumbing. The team was professional, showed up on time, and explained everything clearly before getting started. The work was done quickly and cleanly, and the price was fair. Really appreciate how easy they made the whole process. I’ll definitely be calling them again and would recommend them to anyone needing reliable plumbing work.

Responsive and efficient. Painless. Revision: After two weeks the drain was blocked again. I called Garrison and they wanted to charge me anther $1000 to have another look. I called Timmons. He came before sending me a bill fixed the problem in 10 mins. Charged me much less. I waited another couple of weeks before reposting. Everything is fine. Garrisons response when I explained it was still blocked is the worst part.

Came out to address a toilet drain issue. They ran a snake, but that did not fix the issue at all. They called multiple times within 24 hours wanting $500 for their first try (even though they didn't fix anything) before they would come out again to try more things. Regrettably, I did pay them their money, but called out a different plumber who immediately identified a vent issue and fixed very easily and cheaply. My advice, beyond staying away, would be to make sure beforehand if you are paying for them to fix you problem or just paying them to perform activities that may or may not accomplish your goals.

Let me begin by saying I would absolutely recommend Garrison plumbing for any bathroom renovations. Tyler and his team were very prompt in responding to our initial inquiry and were very communicative during the process. If I had any questions they responded immediately. They also were able to finish our projects very quickly. They were working almost every day so the process went much faster than expected. We had a small leak in our guest bathroom and decided to go ahead and redo it and our primary shower. We did them one at a time so we would have a working bathroom at all times. The guest bathroom was first since it had the leak. The Garrison team did the floors, lighting, installed a new tub/shower and tile surround, along with reinstalling the toilet and the new vanity sink. Demo was very quick with minimal damage, tile was done exactly how we wanted it, and all the plumbing has been working great. Any damage or imperfections were promptly fixed. From start to finish this bathroom took about a week and a half to two weeks. The primary bathroom we added a vent fan and removed the tub/shower combo to turn it into a walk in shower. This one took a little more time, about a month, but throughout the process they made sure everything was to our specifications and also fixed anything we had a problem with. Overall we are very happy with the results in both bathrooms! The Garrison plumbing team was great to work with and we would definitely work with them again in future projects.

I want to give a shout-out to Garrison Plumbing. I came home from a week-long trip to find my water heater wasn't working. I tried the only whole fix I know (replace vapor sensor), but no joy. I called at 8am on Monday and even though they were fully booked, they got someone out to troubleshoot the problem *that* day. They are back today with amazing news. They coordinated with Rheem *and* Home Depot (the previous owners doubled the manufacturer's warranty thru HD) to secure a brand spanking new water heater for me. I'll be back in hot water by this afternoon. I'll probably take the longest hot shower ever. I'm so grateful to them. They have a great quote system so you can approve and pay a deposit on their quotes via email -- even using my own signature to approve. It's been a smooth easy process. I have used them in the past for a commode replacement. It required a lot of troubleshooting to narrow down the problem and they were very fair with the labor charges. I can't recommend them enough. They are a small family-owned business and they guarantee their work and stand behind it. They also honor our veterans by giving them 20% off. (heart emoji)

When a pipe was broken in a mowing accident (long story), we were left without water. I called a plumbing company that we had used before and was told I would get a call back shortly. Waited 2 hours. Then searched the neighborhood email...got Garrison's number. My call was answered. They asked questions and asked me to text a pic of the break. While they were not able to make it that day (yesterday), they asked if I wanted to be considered for tomorrow....which is today. Have to be honest, I called other plumbers (9 of them) to see if someone could come out that day. No one, I mean NO ONE answered their phone. So, Garrison came out today. Got it fixed quickly. ...my husband said better than it was before. And the company that we had used before....they finally called back...while the Garrison plumber was here. And, yes, I told them that!! We have a new plumber.

Superb service from start to finish! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We were in the midst of a possible slab leak, aka a homeowners nightmare. Tyler came over right away and assessed the situation and provided an estimate. While assessing the situation he noted that our water heater was very old and in danger of going out. Since it’s located in our attic, that added another level a concern. He quickly got us on the schedule and did a full replacement. Both Tyler and his crew were friendly, professional and left my home spotless! It was as if they were never here. I cannot recommend Garrison Plumbing enough! They are without a doubt our new go-to plumbers whenever we have the need.

I had a complete remodel and Garrison Plumbing did all of the pluming work, installed all new plumbing, new bathroom installed, external tankless waterheater..the works. Tyler was professional but over the past 2 yrs there have been issues with leaks as well as no finding out that an existing sewar vent was not i'd and extended through the new roof..which has become a highway for rats. Not happy with response when I have asked for help in the past. I unfortunately don't recommend this group. AND as you can see from their response to this..why I don't recommend them. The work was done by the plumber not my GC regardless of them owning the project. We would hold any vendor accountable.

I've been having water heater issues for a year and I called a different plumbing company and they looked at it for 5 minutes, told us we needed a whole new water heater and quoted us over $10k. So i was reluctant to call another plumbing company to take a second look but Garrison took great care of us. It can be so hard to find plumbers, contractors, electricians, etc who are friendly, warm and take the time to walk you through everything but Chris (the technician) did just that and got me taken care of for less than $200. They earned my loyalty and I'll be reaching out to them first for any future plumbing issues.

I highly recommend Tyler and team. Tyler is fantastic. He was prompt, responsive, and flexible. And his rates were extremely reasonable. He is so good at communicating schedule and following through on his commitments. They remodeled a bathroom for us - replacing an old tub with a brand new cast iron tub, tile surround, and new plumbing. Tyler and team made everything a breeze. They were also incredibly cautious with keeping everything clean. They did the work during the covid scare and they wore masks and gloves the entire time they were in our home. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs you have.

Our washer dryer box was starting to leak, box was disintegrating and the pipes were looking bad. He communicated clearly via text and email. With a picture, he was able to send me a quote. He fit us in quickly, checked in to confirm the appt, showed up on time, was courteous and explained everything, told me what he would do, introduced me to the main water shut off and how to deal with it, did the repair and asked if I had anymore questions.
