We woke up Easter morning with an alert from our water company that we probably had a major leak based on water usage the last 48 hours. As it was a holiday, we called a company that offered holiday service at no extra charge. Big mistake! Two days later, we still did not have water or a solution. After viewing social media recommendations for plumbing services, we found Fuller Plumbing. Gary came out that day and diagnosed our problem. He had his crew out the next day, and within a couple of hours, we had a new water line and full service. Best of all, his charge was less than half what the other company was charging. We received photos of all the work and clearly saw the new lines and how deep they were laid. The crew was professional and respectful and even offered to carry my groceries while I was walking down our steep driveway in heels. Gary stayed after they left to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. Two months later, everything is still great! Fuller Plumbing will be our FIRST call in the future when we need plumbing service. They are local and provide excellent, high quality service!

Had a really good experience with Gary from Fuller Plumbing. Communicated well from the start. Came out promptly and spent his time assessing the situation. Had modern diagnostic tools and was able to rule out some costly and invasive repairs before recommending a fix. Gary came back out the next day and installed the component. Gary is very professional and personable. Price was reasonable for the parts and time spent on the issue. The job site was cleaned and the part well explained for future upkeep. High recommend Fuller Plumbing.

We have a very steep descent from the road to the house. Our water main line had a leak so we contacted Fuller plumbing to find the leak and repair it. Gary thoroughly evaluated our situation, pointed out to me that with 20 yo PVC it's getting brittle. He also said that with the steep slope it's under pressure from ground movement and vibrations from vehicles, both which are not compatible with PVC as it doesn't tolerate movement well. We knew our neighbor with the same situation had recently spent 10's of thousands repairing their water main line. He gave me the prices for finding the leak as well as prices for running a new line with a PEX that is flexible and would withstand pressure, vibration and freezing issues. Even though more money than repairing, We chose to install a new line. His crew showed up on time and stayed until 7pm to get it done. He also hired a pressure washer to come the next day to clean the dirt off the driveway. Lastly he never asked me for money until the job was completed. They're very professional and I appreciate that he gave me options that will save me from repeated leaks in the future, unlike my neighbor who spent 3x what I spent with a different company, only to repair a line that has a short life expectancy. I definitely will use them again when I need a plumber.

THIEVES!! Spent $2,000 on a circulating pump that is no better the original. 3/24/2023 found out the pump is only worth $165. On Amazon. Stay away from this rip-off company. Did contact BBB & Consumer Affairs. they replied at BBB that I signed off on it, so that makes it OK. Believe me when I tell you these guys are thieves. I also filed a complaint with consumer affairs. Don’t let the good reviews fool you. I guess they find joy in robbing people. Be smart, stay away from this terrible company! As to the response from the owner: He’s a liar when he says “ fair market value”. The price of the pump is $150. On Amazon,so he believes $2,000 is fair. To bring attention to my reviews is the most ignorant statement I’ve ever heard. I guess that’s a great defense when you rip someone off!

Basement circuit breaker started tripping for no apparent reason. The gas water heater, which was 25 years old and never even flushed, had wet rusty streaks down the sides and small amount of water on the floor. Fuller Plumbing was close by so I called for a new heater. The serviceman asked if we were interested in recirculating hot water. No, my main concern is energy efficiency. He suggested a tankless gas heater. No wasted energy from stored hot water, and never run out of hot water. Able to run two bathtubs and at least two faucets full hot water with almost no drop in temperature. VERY HAPPY, and rapid service. On our second call, Gary installed 2 new toilets, but thought there was another problem! He discovered that our water pressure gauge was worn and we were losing pressure throughout the house. I am so happy that Gary was so thorough. He will always be my go-to man for plumbing! Update: Gary came out and installed new faucets and new sink in the kitchen. He is prompt, professional and reasonably priced. We highly recommend Fuller Plumbing. We will always call on Gary!

We had a pipe that was trickling water outside and could not figure out the reason. I saw a listing for Fuller Plumbing while doing a Google search and, after reading a few reviews, decided to give them a shot. The process could not have been easier. I booked the appointment online and I received prompt instructions of what to expect. On the day of the appointment, Gary sent a text saying he was on the way. Less than an hour after arriving at the house, he had seen the problem, explained the job needed, gave me a quote, fixed the problem, then left, making me one happy customer. There was no problem paying with credit card and within minutes he had emailed to me an itemized bill and receipt. Easy! This guy knows how to run a business. I thought the price was fair and I am happy to support a local business that provides excellent service. I will be calling Gary for any plumbing services I may need in the future.

Just had a main line stoppage. Called around for estimates after describing the issue with specificity. Of course, all wanted to see the issue first, but still quoted some minimums and max possible expected cost. Whew - plumbers are expensive! Anyway, Fuller's "possible expected" bill was a bit more reasonable. When the plumber showed up (the SAME DAY) and took a look, he told me he thought he might be able to get it done more quickly. If he couldn't, the number would be twice as high. I assumed he'd come back, and surprise, surprise, it'd be the higher number. But NOPE, he fixed the problem, cleaned up and the bill was LOWER than his estimate. My kind of plumber!

Finding a reliable, common sense plumber that isn’t trying to fleece you is hard to find. Gary offers straight talk and sound recommendations. He was able to alleviate a problem with a water pressure issue for a 3rd of the cost of a previous estimate and very little hassle. There was a scheduling snafu at first, but Gary apologized and immediately made that right and displayed a great deal of integrity. He also check my sewer line to ensure a drainage issue I am experiencing was not being caused by that. He ended the visit with a handshake. Old school service that I very much appreciated. He has a repeat customer and a strong recommendation from us.

I called Fuller plumbing and spoke to Gary I set up an appointment.Gary was so knowledgeable and gave me some advice on what to do with my heater it was a recirculating pump that went bad. I didn’t get to use them because it working fine for now with out using the pump but if I come across any issues I will be calling fuller plumbing Thanks Gary for giving me information that worked for me and I was able to save money and being honest and not trying to take my money I added you to my contacts and will be calling you in the future and referring you to my Friends I really appreciate your honest opinion Thanks Alanna

After contacting three other plumbers with no success, I found Fuller Plumbing on Google. I called, left a message and Gary responded to me by phone within just a few minutes. He came out the same day to evaluate our water heater. Ultimately, we needed a new hot water heater. Gary explained everything and was quick to respond to my many questions. The water heater was installed without issue and we even had him install a new toilet in our basement. We are very pleased with the service provided and will definitely use Fuller Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

We called Fuller because our 3 year old water heater stopped working. Gary came out, and explained in detailed what the problem was. He was also very experienced with our brand and the warranty process. We ended up deciding to go tankless. Gary not only completed the install, but he also hooked up the lines for our utility sink! Not to mention he’s simply a super nice guy! We will be using Fuller again for our bathroom upgrade and basement finish. And will definitely request Gary by name.

Fuller Plumbing is the model of professionalism. They explained what they were going to do, and why. They scheduled their work around my schedule. They were prompt, efficient, courteous and reasonably priced. They had to remove a section of my porch to repair the water line, and when they completed the job, I couldn’t tell that the porch had been disturbed. I will recommend them to everyone I know in need of a plumber, and I will not hesitate to use them the next time I need a plumber.

We wanted to get a tankless water heater installed as well as needed our PRV valve replaced. We had a couple of the big guys come out to do quotes. We got a word of mouth recommendation to check with Fuller and I'm glad that I did. Gary not only saved us thousands he was friendly, knowledgeable and worked throughout the day to get the work done. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing . I would not hesitate to recommend or call Fuller again for plumbing work.

We have used Fuller Plumbing 3 times now (bathroom sink, new shower fixtures, and kitchen garbage disposal) and every time has been quick and painless. Gary is fantastic - on time, professional, and does a great job. He even came out once when I ordered the wrong shower parts and told me where on Amazon to get the correct parts at a good price. I would absolutely recommend Fuller Plumbing!

I called several plumbers before coming across Fuller. I got answering machines and no calls. I called Fuller on a Saturday and Gary answered and set me up for the following Monday. I received a text Monday AM letting me know he was on the way. Gary was very professional with a no BS install. Pricing was on par with the website and I felt it was fair. I would definitely use Fuller again.
