Top notch service performed by Craig Kubiak. On time, good explanation on system status, left with good tips and tricks for optimizing system performance.
We are a VIP member. I was out of town and the motor in one of our heating units died during a cold week. I called and the receptionist/scheduler could not have been more helpful. She immediately scheduled a technician to come out and assist my wife the same day even though they were quite busy. Great company, great people and awesome customer service.
Can't say enough good things about these guys. The main water line burst in my house on a Saturday afternoon. We called every plumber in Ann Arbor - the other few who answered couldn't help until Monday, but Fry had their plumber out to my place within a couple hours. Josh showed up in their big box supply truck with all the necessary supplies to get my water up and running again, including a new pressure tank to replace my 40-year-old antique. He was skilled, confident, and pleasant to work with - exactly the guy you want in an emergency. Wish I could give them 6 stars.
Mark was so helpful and really provided me with information on how/why my problem had happened and how to know what to do in the future. He gave me the advice that I requested in a way that still gave room for choices. He called when he was starting the drive to let me know when he would arrive… that was so useful. Great job!
