I was having issues with my septic backing up. I just had a new septic tank installed 4 years ago so I knew it wasn’t to my tank. I had two great techs that came out to help with a tank pump and diagnostic. Dustin Peksenak & Willam Santos Both explained how my tank and my field worked. Ended up my field was not taking any water and needed restoration. They explained why that happens and how they can fix that. They were very knowledgeable. Thank you for restoring my field !!! FYI. They cleaned up everything. Barely noticed they were there !!!
William was very pleasant and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and explained suggestions to keep my septic working better. He was very pleasant as well. Doing an appointment on line was very easy and they came out in a timely manner. I got called the day of my appointment and everything was explained to me and I could set up my billing which I definitely like. I also liked that they sent me a reminder of the last time they serviced my tank. I definitely would recommend this company if you need your tank pumped.
I wanted to share the awesome service I received!! I filled out an Estimate online on Saturday due to having a leak in my septic field. I received a call from the office on Monday and by Monday late morning Dave P was here to give me a quote. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything! Tuesday morning he had a crew out to further diagnose the problem. Luis aka Rico and William shared with me what the issue was and a price to fix it. They were great as well. Him and his partner had the job done quickly and to my satisfaction. Last but certainly not least Holly from the office kept in touch with me and helped me through this entire process! Would definitely recommend FreeFlow Environmental!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Make sure you sign a contract!!! they quoted $4800 to redo a small section of my cleanout which when they dug it up they ended up finding a old septic tank they had to crush which they said it would be another $1200 and they HAD to do it. Long story short same issues a yr later water kept backing into the house and there was sitting water in the cleanout.(I’ve called them multiple times to have them check out when it would backup but the soonest they would comeback out is a week later) Had to have another company come out and they redid from back of house to main sewer line for $5900 and no more sitting water or backup in the house
Luis was our project manager. He found out the issue with my septic tank and fixed it in one day. Luis and his helper were beyond helpful, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond. Freeflow exceeded my expectations in every way. From the time I called, my first call, setting an appointment, and getting Luis at my residence. This company did exactly what they said they would. If you are having issues with your septic they would be the first company I would call!
