Tim and his team handled a commercial repair call extremely quickly and efficiently. He was very informative and was dedicated to getting the job done as many companies try to pass the buck. Will be using them in the future for sure. *Update* Franzen plumbing came out again to do another larger job at our property which involved a full building shutdown for several hours. They prepped extremely well and were timely with the repairs and did a fantastic job. 10/10

Pat A. provided us with outstanding service every time he came to our home. We had a problem with galvanized water lines that were blocked by years of deterioration. Pat installed new copper pipes and did this with great skill working in a tight area. We appreciate his skill and expertise. He is also a very pleasant man and helpful with suggestions for what we needed to do. I was happy Pat did this for us.

Sal and Mike were sent the same day. They did a great job in a timely manner. Explained to us what was our plumbing issues. Would definitely use their services again. Thanks Franzen Plumbing!

They screwed me out of $2,500 and now my toilet doesn't flush. They were at my house for 6 hours and I was there the whole time. I live in an old house since 1980 and I'm really not in the state of life where I want to be spending money for nothing but that's what happened Terrible people.

Most unethical , unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. Called them because I had a faulty shower part. It was a bit late so they said they would charge an after hour charge. Once the plumber got there and assessed the issue he said that they charge per trip per mile. When I originally spoke with someone at their office, they said it was 1 trip charge not per mile, just to get there. That was the first red flag, lies on top of lies. Deceptive move just to get plumber there. It was a simple fix, and as expected made it seem way more complex than it was. Said he needed to get part and come back tomorrow, obviously to beef up the price since now all of a sudden they charge "per mile, and trips". He spent less than 10 minutes fixing the thing, and I get a bill for $600. I was in awe. I called the guy who I originally spoke whom I believe is the owner, and he admitted that his plumber was not telling the truth on charging per mile, trip. Still insisted on payment. Super unprofessional, couldn't even accommodate me even though they lied and contradicted each other. I went out of town for 2 weeks and had their secretary call me every other day threatening to lien my property. I don't know what kind of circus they're running, but I would chose another company if you're reading this review. They're overpriced, and the company does not live up to what they charge. Unethical, shady and sleazy. Never again. Wish I could give them 0 stars. It's funny how they're responding by saying " now your name is eve? Please contact us so we confirm you have the wrong company" hilarious! I have a first and middle name? How is this relevant to your shotty work and shady practices. I am writing this review for my fiancé and I. So please stop with the antics, I am 100% sure I have the correct company. Thanks anyway.

I had a major plumbing emergency on a Friday night with water flooding into my crawlspace. Calling around, Franzen was the only company that picked up and was available that could come over and fix my issue. The whole process was an ordeal with three different guys coming out to locate my leak. Joe had a rough time staying until the early morning to try and find it with no success. Everyone in my household tired and looking out for me (and my wallet), Joe recommended that I contact a restoration company to come out and demo the kitchen and make it easier to work since I was already working with insurance, Franzen could then come back out to find the issue and fix it. Had the restoration company come out and demolish where the leak was in my kitchen which then uncovered a burst pipe from a busted hose faucet. Called back again which brought Tim out to try and help and with it being a holiday weekend meant a higher charge but one I needed to do since I could not go into the night and day three with no water. Tim attempted to further isolate and still was met with no success. Following his recommendation we all decided to do it on Monday where he can do investigation with his other colleague Ryan and also save me some cash. Ryan with his colleague came out to take a look bright and early at 8AM Monday. They found the issue, it was a straddle valve that was installed for a fridge water line that was cut and going into the subfloor. Franzen was able to do the following; perform emergency plumbing, work tirelessly until the issue is fixed, replace two hose faucets and secure them, put new valves in place to mitigate anything in the future, fix a pinhole leak in my powder room, bring everything up to code, restore my water, fix a rocking toilet and they cleaned up very nicely. All three of the guys were great. TL;DR: Franzen was only company that come out on a weekend, fixed a bunch of stuff, gave me a fair deal, water is back on and no leaks. 5/5, would hire again. :)

If it wasn't for the fabulous and professional work done by Mickey, this review would garner no more than one star. I had a complicated plumbing project that needed to be addressed as soon as possible. I researched the going rate for the work and it was $150 per hour, according to every plumbing organization that I was able to connect with. Frazen quoted me $150 per hour, no questions asked nor stipulations mentioned. I engaged their services and after the work was completed I was billed one and half times the initial cost I was quoted over the phone. Due to the apprentice that was used (to clean up and learn on the job), they had no problem charging me an additional $75 per hour. I was able to negotiate this down to only an additional $150 applied to the entire project. I guess I am old school, but to me this is false advertising. If you quote someone a rate, whether you come with one person to complete the job or 10, you should honor that rate. I simply would not have gone with them at $250 per hour. Make you sure you know how many people they will send to the job and how much they will charge person.

I could not be any more pleased or impressed with Franzen Plumbing, specifically Conway. He was incredibly knowledgeable of the Village sewer system (and the history!) and he worked diligently to understand and diagnose the issues with my home plumbing. He was patient with my endless questions and seemed vested in uncovering the complete picture of our plumbing to accurately recommend a path forward. The fact that all of his assumptions were proven correct by scoping and rodding and re-scoping my home lines and sewer connections certainly was beyond impressive too...and the work that it all took was performed carefully and with real focus and expertise. And for what it's worth, when he uncovered issues that will take more investment to fix, it made me feel confident because the time was taken to be certain and the explanations were clearly demonstrated and explained well. I'd absolutely use Franzen moving forward, and I'll certainly ask for Conway again. Thank you for the excellent service, Franzen Plumbing.

Called Franzen Plumbing with a problem we were having with our basement ejector pump. I was promised a plumber would be dispatched the following morning between 8am. and 10am. Sal and Mike arrived the next morning right on time. I was impressed they both put booties on over their boots, as they entered our home. When shown the location of ejector pump they were able to determine our problem quickly and got to work removing the pump. They had a replacement ejector pump in the truck.The new ejector pump was installed. Then they tested the operation of the new pump. After the testing was verified they reinstalled the cover and cleaned the work area completely, then tagged the cord with the model number and installation date. Sal and Mike were ontime, neat and pollite. We are very happy with the outcome of our service call with Franzen Plumbing and will highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about Franzen Plumbing Company. Starting with Carrie , She scheduled us right away, she was so friendly, caring and helpful from the beginning. She helped us to make sure we received a great price. She was a pleasure to speak with!!! Salvador was our plumber. He actually called us to see if he could come earlier than our scheduled time ( which we thought that was awesome!) . He was OUTSTANDING!!! He did a great job, he made sure to show us the finished job. He was SO FRIENDLY, extremely efficient, cleaned up perfectly. He has such a great personality. His work was done perfectly!! I had a severely clogged utility sink drain and a mountain of laundry to get through. I called a number of plumbers and they all pushed me off until the following day or later in the week. That didn't work for me. I called Franzen and they literally had two guys to my house within 45 minutes of calling. Plus, they send text messages, similar to GrubHub, to let you know when a plumber is estimated to arrive, and then again when someone is en route to your house. Conway showed up, quickly assessed the problem, and had my drain cleared within 30 minutes of arriving. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for such amazingly speedy service. Franzen plumbing got the task of attempting to fix what a few others had deemed impossible. I was immediately pleased with their innovative problem solving and tenaciousness in trying to fix the problem instead of just band-aiding it. The team was friendly, helpful, didn't (seem to) mind explaining everything to me and best of all, found all sorts of quirks in my plumbing AND rooted out the main (we think) cause of our issues. I was more than pleased with Franzen and plan to use them moving forward. It's so hard to know sometimes the best course of action when fixing old homes. I felt very confident in Tim and team.

I'm a general contractor and I have nothing to say but great things about Franzen--they have come out for emergencies to help my clients, and they have patiently looked at potential projects (we work in old houses, usually complicated) and come up with great solutions. Their plumbing knowledge is fantastic and they are always responsive and polite. The projects we've done with them went smoothly and came in at budget, and the result was--happy clients! I would not hesitate to recommend them for any kind of plumbing work from sump pumps to ejector pits to new kitchens and baths. They can do it all.

Franzen Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with. They came out immediately to give us an estimate, located all the issues, and we accepted the proposal. They came out two days later, and did an exceptional job in repairing all of our leaks. They covered furniture and appliances, and cleaned up when they were finished. I highly recommend Franzen Plumbing and will definitely use them in the future, if I need to.

Franzen Plumbing was great to work with. From the initial phone call with Erika, everything was communicated clearly ahead of time and the entire process was smooth and professional. Salvador showed up on time, was friendly and professional, kept everything clean, and got the job done without pressure or unnecessary upselling.
