I woke up this morning to no heat. My furnace was short cycling. I called this company after several recommendations on next door. They came out within 1 hour after contacting them. They fixed my issue the same day for a very reasonable fee. The technician was professional, honest and careful with my home. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all the future maintenance on my system. Honest and reliable 10 stars!!!

Frank J Klein and Sons replaced our AC unit. As someone who did receive a good handful of quotes before moving forward with the project, I found their pricing to be fair. Communication via phone and e-mail was great. The team that came out was kind and worked efficiently. They followed up the job with an cute handwritten thank you note which is a small detail but made me feel they valued my business. I hope I don't have any major HVAC issue any time soon, but when I do I plan to use this business again. :)

I've had FJK out a few times now for some plumbing issues. My most recent problem was with an overflowing toilet and a shower with a mind of its own when it comes to temperature modulation. Matt B was my tech and he hit it out of the park! He was kind, knowledgeable, professional and took his time explaining the various issues, giving me rough pricing along the way. It was a great experience!
