The wife and I hired Adam Griesbach Plumbing 3 years ago to redo our shower. We had used them in the past and were impressed with them. We had just bought our house and a week later, everything was leaking from our bathroom upstairs to our downstairs ceiling. Fast forward to last week. We had a contractor replace everything that Adam Griesbach Plumbing did because, according to the contractor, “they did a shitty job like they just didn’t care.” Nothing was sealed, no plumbers putty was used, the pipes weren’t aligned and a whole bunch of other things. And yes, the leaking was back big time. We actually got tired of him telling us everything that was done incorrectly. We can only guess that 3 years ago, to save money on a very expensive project, we bought a cheap shower and didn’t use the one Adam Griesbach Plumbing recommended and so they just did the bare minimum and finished it up as soon as they could and left. That’s BS and they cost us another $2,000. I wouldn’t recommend Adam Griesbach Plumbing to anyone. If they have any problems with this review, my contractor said he is happy to point out everything to them!

Amazing company. The lady that answered the phone was friendly and explained the difference pricing for water heaters. She even answered all of my questions. Told her I would call back. I ended up calling back after calling some other plumbing companies and after the other companies couldn’t come out till next week I called Fox cities plumbing back and they came out to the house the same day. They were at our house within an hour. Carlton was amazing and explained what he did. Answered more questions we had. They gave me the pricing over the phone no need to have someone come out to give you a price then come back to install what was needed. Carlton was extremely friendly, and even looked at some other things and gave us some advice on them as well. Thank you for the amazing service and friendliness. You have definitely gained a customer with us and I will refer you out as well. Price we paid was for installation and the water heater. And he was here 3 hours cleaned up his mess and didn’t leave it for me to clean as well. I can’t say enough good about this company.
