“They got the job done, but very pricey. One valve and two faucets were fixed. The original quote was $500-700 parts&labor all-included. But they charged me $760. They arrived at 9:40am and the job was done at 11:45am, during that period they left to buy the part from 10:10am to 10:55am. That brings their hourly rate to $451/hour.”
