“This is the second time I've called Vinnie for service, both time he was very professional and informative on my problems. This time I was concerned about a potential leak that due to an extremely high water bill. He very easily could have "loaded" me up with services and charges but he was very honest and gave me a few things to monitor over a few days before calling him back if his services were determined to be needed.”
