“Mixed experience overall. On the positive side, the plumber arrived on time and did fix the issue we called about — so credit where it's due. That said, there are two things I can't overlook. First, the final charge didn't match the estimate we were given. No one flagged the difference beforehand or explained the reason for it — we were just handed a higher bill. That's not acceptable. “We asked the plumber to replace the broken pipe near the main valve. No digging was involved. Took about an hour and charged us $400. Initially they asked for over $700. This is way too much than I expected. I asked for several others and got quote of between 200-275. Sadly my husband never asked a second opinion. Be mindful of their prices and ask for itemized receipt.”
