Nathan was solid to work with. The beat quality was clean, well-mixed, and had great structure — easy to write and record on. Communication was smooth, and everything was delivered professionally and on time. Definitely someone I’d work with again if you’re looking for quality production

Tyler did a fantastic job. He was efficient & very accomplished plus very accommodating. He found a problem that he had never seen before. He spent a great deal of time researching to find a solution. After much research and discussion with a Master Plumber, they discovered what was causing the problem. He then fixed it and left everything completed. He was cheerful throughout.

Have been a "member" for years and have had my furnace cleaned for years, the first year they cleaned it and upsold me a "safety switch" to stop condensation from going into the fire box, next year it was cleaned and upsold me a electronic air filter, next year it was a "MultiVoltage Oxidizing UVC system. Next an "electronic air filter" this year I scheduled foe furnace cleaning and the day of cleaning they canceled I rescheduled. The day of at 8:20am I received a text " technician" ready to come out please call or text back within 5:00 minutes at 8:21 I text back, I'm here, ready for your tech. Something told me to call to confirm they received my text, called back at 8:28 was told did not received my text and to reschedule. IM DONE!

If you are planning on hiring fix-it 24/7; you should read this review 1st & then make the decision that is best for you.   In a nutshell, I paid an outrageous $2500 to have a shower/tub valve ($200 in total parts) installed that took about four hours in Jan '24.  I'm out of state & had to get the job done ASAP for my 88-year old mom; so I went with 24/7 on the web's high reviews.  I called the customer service & the plumber arrived that afternoon.  The plumber gave me an estimate of $2400.  I was shocked. But he said that was the standard cost for this job and the cost included a warranty and he could do the job right then. He didn't break down the estimate. By this time the water was off to the house and mom was not doing good (very stressed) so I approved the estimate.  The plumber replaced the shower/tub valve in short order, turned on the water and sent us the bill.  Note, you can only see the invoice AFTER you pay.  The invoice was very simple, but note there is no warranty information whatsoever.  Turns out, they don't provide a written warranty, not even a short statement on the invoice. Job charges: 1.Trip charge:  $39.00 2.Tub and shower:  $1871.00 3.Remodel plate:  $153.00 4.P314 limited access: $432.00 5.Sales taxes:  $0.00 6.Total of $2495.00 Their website states under plumbing they charge a transparent flat-rate pricing, by the job & no hourly rate; so I assumed that the $1871 for the total parts, labor, etc for the tub/shower kit installed.  I didn't know what was the $432 limited access charge.  I called their customer service section and asked for a detailed explanation of the bill.  The service rep explained the $1871 was indeed the parts, labor, and warranty for the installation but didn't know what was the $432 limited access charge. She put me on hold and after a long pause told me no-one there at that moment knew what that charge was for and that the plumbing manager would call me.    No call back that day, so by the end of the next day I called back. It took a minute, but I finally got to talk to the Carlos, a manager, and we went over the bill.  He immediately told me the service rep(s) were wrong regarding what they told me concerning the bill and that they just answer phones but don't know the billing.  Wow, that was surprising.  They seemed confident in their answers which happened to match the "we charge by the job and not by the hour fee statement" on their website.  Carlos explained that $1871 is just for the purchase of the tub and shower faucet and a 24/7 response for one year warranty on that part.  The delta faucet installed cost $98 on Amazon, $120 at Home Depot and $191 on the Delta website.   He explained that I purchased the $120 faucet set from them for $1871 because they provide it with a one year warranty. Their claim of transparent pricing went out the window.  No where did they tell me that I would pay over 15 times the cost of the plumbing component for this part plus warranty.  Carlos went on to say that the p321 limited access cost of $432 was the labor cost.  Again, so much for their website stating they charge a flat rate.  I am not sure why the bill just didn't say labor and why the customer service folks who see bills daily didn't know that.  (Each rep I spoke with had the bill pulled up in front of them.) Carlos freely admitted that they are an expensive company but said their 24/7 customer service is worth the premium cost. Carlos also stated they do not provide a written warranty but he could email something if I wanted.  Carlos admitted I was correct in each of my complaints, followed by reiterating that they are expensive, but their warranty makes it worth it.   I think the warranty cost should be a separate line item up front and the customer should decide if they are willing to pay for that cost. To jack up the cost of a plumbing part by 15 times and not tell the customer is a foul in my opinion.  Paying $1871 for a less than $200 part with $1671 of that amount for an unwritten warranty needs to be spelled out when giving the initial estimate. The day after the install, we had to call 24/7 back for a problem that would be under warranty. We called and got an answering service that said the call was being forwarded to an appropriate craftsman and they would call us back. Well no call backs and it took a week to get a plumber back out. But now it's a different plumber. Once he discovered it was a warranty issue, he said it's not his problem as he was going to tell the dispatcher to get the original plumber out and he left. No callback from anyone and after calling customer service a few days later they said the service call got misplaced. So much for 24/7 service. By this time we had to call another plumbing company and they came right out and fixed the problem. We did send the bill to 24/7 and they paid for it. We asked for money back on the warranty, but they said since it wasn't written they weren't gonna give us reimbursement for it.

I am writing to address unresolved service issues and request a resolution. I have previously appreciated your prompt service; however, my recent experiences have been highly disappointing. I have given high marks for this company in the past, as they maintained my old furnace for several years until I had to replace it in January/February 2023. With the furnace purchase, it came with free maintenance, supposedly. Then, I purchased a 50-gallon water heater and had some other plumbing work done around March 2024. I purchased what was called a green membership that supposedly put me in front of the line. Supposedly. I've been calling since October for furnace maintenance. Even after mentioning that I had the green membership, I was told it would be January 22. This is unacceptable. I informed them that my son, who is in the USAF, would be home on leave in December and sleeps downstairs where it is quite chilly at night, thus the request for the furnace maintenance that supposedly comes with the purchase. Ok, someone would call to schedule. They did not. Gary texted me, telling me that they tried to call me several times. This is untrue. I have all calls in history and there are no calls from 24/7 Fixit. I've called and texted multiple times over the past four months and have screenshots of multiple calls I've made with no calls from them. I've got the texts as well, back and forth, with empty promises. Being told one thing or another and never getting maintenance scheduled. I requested to be credited for the monthly fee that is automatically taken out of my bank for the front of the line green membership, now totaling $60, and to cancel it since November. It was canceled after the payment in January but no credit for me paying for nothing. As of February 16, 2025, everything is just left up in the air. I requested that the customer service manager contact me on January 16. Gary said he'd pass that on to the customer service manager. It's February 6 and there has been no response. The last contact I made was January 31, with a lot of apologies and understanding of my frustration, and someone would be with me asap to get that furnace maintenance scheduled and I'll be credited for what I've paid for the sham green membership from October to present. Now there is no response. From the lack of professionalism exhibited over the last four months of not being able to schedule a simple furnace maintenance, compared to the prompt and easy scheduling they used to have since 2017/2018 when I started using their services, it's night and day. It's been a year since March when the water heater was installed. Where am I supposed to go for a water flush that's supposed to be included with the installation? My family's comfort and well-being are affected. I request an immediate resolution and a credit for the last four months of the "front of the line green membership." It is ridiculous that I have had to keep revisiting this scenario with zero outcome. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have had to post this review. Why is the truth being removed? I am a consumer and have the right to voice my experience, both positive and negative. If you didn't want a negative review, maybe this company needed to follow up with a repeat long-time customer. I hope we can resolve this issue swiftly and restore my confidence in your service.

Do not be pressured and use this company! I was a sucker and initially thought having the furnace cleaned for $39 was a great deal, and Tom Martino endorsed. Don't believe the Google reviews. Tom M. should be ashamed to market companies like this. Sadly, before they came for the cleaning, (I can't imagine what they would have caused or come up with during that process), my furnace stopped blowing warm air. I hoped to have them out and do the cleaning and repair the issue, but would only come for repair and then would clean at a separate appointment after repair was done. My regular company could have come out same day or next, but thought I would contact this company since they were scheduled to come out and clean the furnace. Their tech was quite the talker, promoting himself and his knowledge. He gave me a price of almost $1600 to replace the inductor motor. I questioned that, and he assured me that although they were slightly higher priced than other smaller companies, (due to 24/7 availability), that their price wouldn't be more than $100-200 more than a smaller competitor. It was during our coldest mornings of the year and I see clients from home, so needed to get heat running. When the techs left to get the part, I started researching the part, and could see they were overcharging me. I questioned the tech more when he returned and asked how much they were charging for labor. He told me he didn't know, he just plugged into his phone and company gave the price. I told him that was way too much. He called his "boss" who told him he could reduce price down to $1158, which still seemed high, but I was needing heat, and was waiting to hear back from the company I normally use for an exact price. They had already told me it was $600-900, but owner was getting back to me once she plugged exact part in. The price came in at $683 installed, with a reputable and trustworthy company. I was an idiot for giving this company a chance. In addition, they don't give you a receipt or documentation of what was fixed. What happens regarding warranty if this part goes bad? How can they not give you an invoice/receipt? I contacted Fix-It first thing yesterday, (Monday) morning and told them I wanted to speak to a manager/supervisor about the pricing, and cancel the cleaning. (Who knows what they would come up with during that scam?) I was called back by a representative from their office, assuring me that a manager would be calling me. I never got a call. I got on the chat this morning, and called in, and once again I am being told they will pass the message on to contact me. It is only 8:20 am, so hoping they do the right thing, but looking at previous reviews, I'm not hopeful. It is really sad seeing all of the reviews and others taken advantage of. I am infuriated with this company and with myself for letting them take advantage of me. If I actually hear back from them or they make it right, I will update this. Update: Got a call back and supposedly crediting me $100, which is not enough. Excuses were made based on the size of their company and expenses to justify higher prices than smaller mom and pop companies. Not okay.

Having had a good experience in the past with a furnace issue, I called them earlier this week for a plumbing issue and feel like I have been taken advantage of. I won't use their service again. My pipes were gurgling so I called and they sent Brandon alongside his apprentice, who diagnosed an issue in my sewer line. They didn't have the equipment necessary who they called Josh who came in with a snake and a camera to scope out the sewer line and identify a blockage that they couldn't clear. Following that, Josh told me I absolutely needed a sewer line spot repair asap otherwise it would back up I to the house, thankfully they would be able to move things around and quoted me $7500 to have someone come here the very next day and fix the issue. At that point it was late in the day and the prospect of not being able to shower or use the toilet was daunting so I trusted his diagnosis and agreed. The next day a crew of 4 showed up and started digging and replaced a small section of the sewer line, at which point they scoped the rest of the line and pointed out some root intrusions in the rest of the line and that I really should get the whole line changed, if not now then in the next few months, because it was in really bad shape. I asked Josh for a quote, and he gave me two quotes: it would be an additional 3500 to replace the rest of the section under the front yard which was "in really bad shape", and an additional 25500 to replace the whole line from the house to the city's sewer line. At that point there was already a huge dig in my front yard and they had the excavator on site, and I had Josh telling me that the could fill the hole but that replacing that other section under the front yard which was "in a really bad state" would be another 7500 if they left and came back, so I caved and agreed to paying the additional 3500 for them to replace it. But asked for them to give me some time to think about the whole sewer line replacement, to which he said I could tell him the next day at the latest. The following day I called a couple other companies to get a second opinion, and both told me the same thing: there were minimal root intrusions of no concern, that is normal, and I should be fine doing annual or semi-annual maintenance, and with that the sewer line should be good for another 10 years at least. They also both quoted me a price way lower than 10500 for the section that was replaced. I reached out to fix-it 24/7 and will update this review when I hear back from their management, but needless to say I'm pretty angry about this whole situation. --- Update: I talked to Dustin who pretty much spent 10 minutes telling me that I was wrong and that he stood by his team's quote. Would definitely not recommend working with them.

We saw an advertisement for a Furnace cleaning and tune-up on a local TV station and we had not had our system cleaned for a couple of years. The tech arrived promptly and began servicing the equipment. After a few minutes he came and informed me there were some issues and some of them major. He showed me several things, and not knowing anything about the inner workings of the Furnace it was all confusing. He informed me basically the Furnace needed to be replaced because of several items which were health and safety items. I inquired as to the basic cost for replacement. He did not do quotes and contacted his supervisor who indicted he could be at our house in a relatively short time. The sales person arrived before the tech finished putting the system back together. He created a quote. The prices quoted we for two different options. One just under $10,000 and the other over $12,000. I informed him we had a whole home warranty and I would reach out to them to start a claim. Upon starting a claim, our warranty company sent a inspector/Technician to look at the Furnace and give them an evaluation for replacement. The warranty company person arrived on Monday 10/21. He did a long and thorough inspection. He had me cone and look at the things he was encountering during his inspection. He showed me the heat exchanger and show it was rusty but couldn't find any cracks using his CO detector or visual inspection. He did see the exhaust fan had been recently unconected from the exaust pipe. We were informed both of the motors the origional tech indicated were bad, were operation properly. He did checks of the voltage and draw. He did a check for CO gas around our house because the FixIt 24/7 technician had written in his evaluation the heat exchanger was cracked and if so, it would be leaking CO gas in our house. He check vents on all floors and was unable to detect any gas in the system. In conclusion, we were informed even though our Furnace is older, it was still functioning properly and he could not in goid conscience recommend replacing it at this time. He did relay, with the age of the unit we should have it checked annually to make sure it remains safe. In conclusion, It appears to us that Fixit 24/7 was attempting to make a sale based on a fear tactic and not that the unit itself was not functioning properly. We were happy the Inspector/ Technician had good ethics and saved us from purchasing a Furnace that was not needed at this time.

RUN--DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS PITIFUL EXCUSE OF A COMPANY!!! My furnace went out 2 weeks ago during our coldest temperatures this year. I remembered the ads for Fix-It 24/7 and was relieved that they were able to install a furnace that day. I also purchased a water heater and A/C unit which were installed the following day. I was told the installers would arrive around 9:30 am that second day. I received a call at 10 am informing me that the proper water heater had not been available and they would be going to another warehouse and would arrive at my home within an hour. They arrived around 12:30 pm. They worked until about 5:00 pm and declared the install complete. I got the fastest run-through of instructions for the thermostat. Keep in mind it was after 5 pm! QUITTING TIME! The next morning (when it was light) I went out to check out the A/C. I found my breaker box open and unlocked! I found the wall my thermostat was installed on a total mess! It looked like someone had smeared mud all over. The next week, the city inspector came out. What a surprise, the inspection FAILED! They hadn't upgraded the breaker for the A/C. One of their electricians came out and fixed the breaker. He also fixed some issues with the furnace that the installers had failed to do properly. The following week, the Install Supervisor was supposed to call me to hear my complaints about their shoddy workmanship. HE NEVER CALLED!!!! I was notified only 1/2 hour prior to the second visit by the city inspector! They had not bothered to let me know what they had scheduled in advance. What a waste of time for the inspector had I not been home. He was lucky I happened to be home! Again, shoddy work! For the second time, the inspection FAILED! The inspector told me they had failed to fix a problem on his report!!! He told me this was something that would cause serious damage if not corrected!!!!!! So, once again (third time), I have to stay home to wait for the city inspector!!! How inefficient and careless are these people???????? A person from the company called me about the issues and glossed over them like it was no big deal. I paid a lot of money for these appliances to be installed. My cat could have done a better job than all of the employees with whom I had contact in this company! UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING TAKEN AND SCAMMED, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH FIX-IT 24/7! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Let me start by saying that I am not an electrician, and not much of a DIYer either. Hence, when I tried to diagnose why my in-sink disposal was not working, I was sure it was an electrical issue. We had replaced the disposal a couple years before, and it had not given us any issues or indications that it was failing. So I called Fix-It 24/7. The people on the phone were nice and set up an appointment for the two days later. Our electrician (I regret that I forget his name) and his apprentice showed up right on time and I showed them to the problem. The first thing he told me, before he even touched any part of my house, was that it would be $260 to fix the problem. That was my first red flag. He hadn't even so much as looked under my sink or taken out a single tool. Once I reluctantly agreed, it took him about 2 minutes before he said, "The electrical is fine, your disposal is broken." Now look, of course I'm embarrassed because I thought I had made sure that the disposal was not the issue. However, when I apologized for wasting his time, he said "I can't charge you for that. How about $200?" Wait, what? This is a negotiation? He hadn't done any work at all. I said "Isn't this what the trip charge is for?" He could be in and out of my house in 10 minutes and have made $40 for his trouble without fixing anything. But no. Not this electrician. He then said "How about $150." I said, "Fine, whatever." And I thought that would be the end of it. So I encouraged him to leave. But, I guess he realized that I was planning on making a complaint, and then started looking for something to do. He told his apprentice to grab his cleaning supplies and then went out to my electrical box and started blowing it out with compressed air. Wow, what an incredible use of my time. At this point, I had told him he didn't need to do anything else and could leave at least three times. The only reason he stayed in my home is because he knew that charging me $150 for 5 minutes of "work" was problematic, so he had to do some menial task in order to justify his price tag. This was a terrible experience. Don't use Fix-It 24/7. If this is the kind of unethical people they are willing to employ, they don't deserve your business.

So here's the deal. These guys will come out VERY quick when you need them. The techs know their stuff, are all licensed, drug tested, etc, etc. They have really good guarantees, and will handle things like registering warranties for you (but then you are locked into using them for warranty work). The problem is, despite claiming to have competitive rates, they are easily double that of other licenced contractors in the area. They charge you for all visits, even if it's just an estimate. They also have a membership plan they offer to bring those costs down a but, but even with member pricing, you'll end up paying more than you would. For big jobs, they offer financing, but be VERY wary of this, as even with an 800+ credit score, you'll be put into something with a 13% APR. I got involved with all of this when I needed my HVAC system replaced. I knew it was gonna be a financial hit, so I sucked it up, and I am happy with the work that was done. But a few weeks later i called them out again to so a simple replacement on a broken frost-free (essentially just involves sweating a single connection) and even as a member of their green plan, they were going to charge me $630. (I had Garvin's Sewer Service do the exact same job a few years ago for closer to $200). I worked with High Five Plumbing when I was remodelling a bathroom and updating a tankless water heater. They have almost the same setup, with quick response times, a membership discount plan, accredited plumbers, etc, and they were MUCH more reasonably priced. The big difference with Fix It 24/7 is they do have larger crews for big jobs, and can tackle them faster than other companies I have worked with. If you need quality AND speed, perhaps it's worth the cost. If it's a smaller job, and/or you have more time, I'd strongly suggest shopping around. So far, I've found Garvin's to be the most affordable for smaller/routine jobs like fixing a faucet, or rooting a sewer line, and High Five was great at coming back to follow up with small issues that popped up in my remodel project.

After Fit-It installed a new air conditioner and electronic air filter, I signed up for the Green Club which provides annual inspections for AC, furnace, electrical, and a hot water heater flush. Electric Inspection - The tech recommended that my electrical panel be replaced. Fair enough, my home is 40 years old - I spent $1,200. He also, recommended that the power box be replaced for the AC which they recently installed. This should have been completed with the install. The tech asked to use my bathroom. Furnace Cleaning/Inspection - The tech failed to reconnect my humidifier, had to call them back out. Hot Water Heater Flush - The deal is that Fix-It keeps track of my annual appointments and schedules them. The hot water heater flush was due in May and they failed to schedule so I called in October. My appointment time frame was 8-12. I called at 11:30 and was informed that, on their end, my time frame was 10-2. During the flush process, the tech turned on the valve to my sprinkler system which had already been blown out. I heard water rushing out of the back flow and asked the tech why it was running and if he turned on the valve. He lied to me and said he did not (the valve is closed during the sprinkler blow out). Upon leaving, I asked him if he drained the water from the sprinkler line via the pin valve which he replied that he did. I checked and he had not...another lie. The tech clearly did not know what he was doing. The electronic air filter Fix-It installed requires specialty filters. I called Fix-It to replenish them and was informed that the cost is $275 for a box of 4! The employee I spoke to said he would order them and ship them out. The order was never placed. New techs receive no formal training. They do ride alongs with a more seasoned tech for a short time and then are sent out on their own. The Green Club is a ploy to get techs into your home to upsell products.

(not sure why Yelp thinks I am in San Francisco, CA, but I am in Colorado and this incident happened in Colorado) I needed an installation for my new kitchen faucet. I saw the ad online that they had free estimates. But, when the guy came, he started out by telling me I needed a pressure gauge for my house not even having looked at anything. He asked me about all my other plumbing "problems" of which I had none. I mentioned I had a humidifier leak that was now fixed. He brushed that off saying humidifiers were not plumbing. (water pipe and water seemed plumbing to me, but I didn't argue.) He tried to impress me that my whole "beautiful home" would be in jeopardy without having the right kind of warranted service person do this install. In the end, he gave me two options. One was for $505 and the other was $1,100. These based on the degree of guarantee of the labor! (the Delta faucet I had bought myself new, so I suppose that's why he wasn't offering to guarantee it) I said no thanks and was done talking, but he kept going on about his being a 26 year licensed master plumber, etc. I just said no thanks, but then he said he had to charge me a trip fee of $39. Whatever! I just paid it so he didn't keep going on about what a mistake I would be making if I had my handyman install it. My husband used to do all this type of work, but he fell and broke his neck so cannot do such things again. My handyman is very handy, but it is Easter weekend and I thought I'd just handle it so he could have a weekend with his family. I guess my point is that I did NOT get a free estimate and if you think you won't be pressured by this type of company to spend way more than you should, think again. Google the cost yourself. In Denver, it typically costs between $160 and $345 to install a kitchen faucet. So, yeah...Google it. (unless you have more money than time...that's the prey for this company)
