This company is extremely professional and fairly priced. They’re quick to respond and will help in any way they can! Aaron came out and serviced my water heater before selling my house. Quick and easy. Definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
Our toilet tank had a crack. Chris arrived just after lunch with his helper, Chase. They were both courteous and moved efficiently. Chris sent his report to my home warranty company, who turned down my claim as “not normal wear and tear”. He quoted $325 to install the new toilet which I had already purchased. I thought that was rather high, but needed the toilet in that day, so I OK’d the work. They did the replacement in about 20 minutes, left the area clean and took the old toilet away. For professionalism and courtesy, they can’t be beat. Thanks guys.
This company was hired twice by my home warranty company in a period of four years. They installed my hot water heater with a dent in the front of it. The installer stated that he sees that all the time. I would of thought that he would have looked at it after unboxing and installing.
If there was a NO STAR rating I would definitely of chosen that. This company is the absolute worst I've ever dealt with.,They are quick at picking up a claim, take your money and then leave you hanging for 2 months. If was the one contacting them (6 different times) inquiring about the repair. Every time it was the story that the part had been ordered and they were waiting on the part to arrive. First that the part was supposed to arrive at my address. Three weeks... no part. I called again and then it was that the part had actually not been ordered but that they would contact their technician Robert to place the order for the part. Two weeks go by... no part. I called again to inquire about what was going on and then I was told to hold on and they conferenced Robert their plumber to apologize to me for dropping the ball and not ordering the part. Now it's been almost two weeks from that phone call and still no part had been ordered. When the receptionist called me back it was only to tell me that I had to call my home warranty company to request a recall (This by the way was her job). I got my home warranty company involved because I feel like I had been plenty patient with them. So now supposedly the technician was on his way here acting as if they had the part to make the repair. The technician never showed up so I call them again only for the rude lady in their office to tell me that Robert was not on his way but that he had gone to the warehouse to order the part. LET ME SEE... SO WHERE HAVE I HEARD THAT STORY BEFORE!!! Absolutely NOT. I called my home warranty company and cancelled the job. This company SUCKS!!! From their office staff to their technicians.
A tech came out to "fix" a shower issue i was having. After paying for the visit and the tech leaving I was left with the same issue as before not resolved. So I called and asked them to come out again and had another appointment scheduled, but less than 24 hours before the appointment they wanted to push my time slot to later in the day. I just went ahead and just fixed it myself to save on time away from work. Don't waste your time with this company because they will definitely waste yours. Edit to their response: there should have never been a 2nd visit. It was very obvious the issue wasnt resolved on the first attempt and I see that im not the only one with the same issue according to other reviews. You take $ from the customer and the warranty company then make it a circus to actually resolve the problem. You told me it would most likely take 3 visits to actually fix our issue. Completely unacceptable and bad business.
