The plumber arrived on time, explained the issue with our clogged drain, and completed the drain cleaning quickly and cleanly. Their professionalism really stood out – they were respectful, wore clean uniforms, and left the work area spotless. We had our sewer line back up, and the first plumber that came out was claiming that we would need to dig the line up for over $10k. So we called Family Rooter and they were able to come out and give us a second opinion which was Much better news than we were expecting. They were able to fix the issue same day (hydro jetting the line), explained everything thoroughly, answered all our questions, and made sure we understood the maintenance plan to prevent the issue from coming back. Will definitely be using their services in the future, especially for the maintenance of the line.

We couldnt use our water at all before they arrived and now everything works great! Rob and Tim out to my house in Harvard to unclog my main sewer drain. Super courteous people and the pricing was half of what other companies were trying to charge us for the same exact quoted work!! The service they performed was professional. They cleared the drain, showed us the camera as they ran it down after the clog was clear and thoroughly explained what our options were. HIGHLY recommend.
