My water heater was not functioning properly so I called Fairway. I have some past experience with water heaters so I had a pretty good idea that it was going to need to be replaced. They sent Tyler and Wyatt out to take care of my problem. They confirmed my suspicions and told me exactly what they were going to do and exactly what it was going to cost. The guys were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient! They left the place exactly as they found it leaving no mess behind! Their price was $400 below my other quote as well. The company is honest and upfront about everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work!

Cliff and Tyler replaced my old water heater with a tankless heater and installed a new gas line all in one day. Professional, efficient and exactly what I needed. Definitely recommend Fairway Plumbing.

I’ve hired plumbers all over the word from New Zealand to Japan. Fairway guys are the best ever. Competent, efficient and responsive. Such a relief to know that a critical system we cannot live without is in their hands.

Installer was extremely rude. Would not listen to our concerns and questions prior to install. I reminded him that we are the customer and we are paying for the install and he promptly stated that it doesn’t work that way and walked off the job. Installer’s name is Eric J and in the 30 + years I have never been so rudely treated nor have had a contractor walk off the job.

They didn't get to my house until almost 4 p.m. Needed additional materials they had to go and purchase. Didn't get back until 5 p.m. Then they proceeded to tell me that the pressure valve at the meter was running too high and would have to be replaced at the my cost of $1,175.00. If I didn't allow them to replace it, no work would be guaranteed. Being a widow, I had no idea if this was the truth so I had no choice but to pay the additional costs. What started out as a quote of $2.650 ended up at nearly $4,000.00. They still haven't finished installing some pipe that they have to come back for but since it was almost 11 p.m. I told them they would have to come back another day.

Fairway plumbing saves the day for me again. I had a hard to find leak in my water service line that was leaking 1,100 gallons per day but soaking into the ground unseen. Tyler came out the day before to help me strategize on how to approach finding and fixing the leak. The next day Wilma worked her magic and got me on the schedule as a last minute same day request. Cliff and Andrews worked from about 3:30 pm to about 7:30 pm and got the job done even with me requesting them to add a new near-house cutoff valve. All the Fairway folks or simply fantastic! I highly recommend Fairway plumbing to anyone needing professional trustworthy plumbing service!!

Wilma Huggins runs a great company, and her employee Tyler truly went above and beyond. What started as one issue turned into three broken pipes causing a major leak. Tyler worked from 4 PM until 7 PM, even bringing out a large star light to finish the job after dark. He explained everything clearly to both my husband and me while literally elbow-deep in mud fixing the problem. Professional, thorough, and honest—Fairway Plumbing is who we’ll call again.

These guys came on time, neatly dug up the area underground, replaced the main line that was busted by roots from our scrubs, worked around a planter wall, cleaned up all the debris in a timely manner. Their prices were reasonable, their work was meticulous and their crew was excellent at walking me through the repair process. I included a picture of the damaged pipes. I would definitely use them again!

I give them 5 stars outstanding. I wish I can give more. If it was 10 on here I would have gave it. Tyler is outstanding him in his partner came in here. I needed a pressure relief valve asap. Fairway plumbing did a great job. Scheduling was easy, arrival was expedited and Cliff did a fantastic job. Diligent, neat job site and price was fair. All things considered a great value for the money! I will continue to use Fairway Plumbing and refer them to family, friends and neighbors.

I had what I call a "landlocked" hot water heater, bad plastic drain pan and NO relief water drain PVC to the exterrior and Fairway came in and solved all my problems in an amazingly effiecient display of plumbing accumen and dexterity accessing the tank. The price was right too!
