Professional. Analyze before jumping in. Went above and beyond, emergency service. Highly recommend. Also, years ago, installed a huge 100 gallon hot water heater - a size not everyone would handle.

JT came to assist me with a slightly leaking toilet. He has a calm professional manner and answered all my questions very patiently and expertly. I highly recommend him and the service. The scheduler who took my initial call was very helpful. 5 Stars

I am a member of PHACE Club at Expert Plumbing which is worth it for the inspections and the service discount. When I have issues, this team always takes care of the problem quickly. The experts they send are always courteous and knowledgable, explaining the issue to me and also recommending other items that could be of value/service to me. Today Jim and one of his colleagues came to fix a rusted out valve on my water meter, and replaced the angle stop on one of my toilets. The team at Expert Plumbing coordinated w/ the city of Naperville to shut my water off. Naperville arrived on time, and Expert was there early to set up. Everything went off w/o issues, Jim and his colleague completed the work quickly, and everything looks and works great. Thanks for the help, the leaky valve was driving me crazy.

Outstanding experience. Every time in the last 4 years I have called expert plumbing heating and electrical I have received the most professional and expert service that is available. Pricing is reasonable and they always try to be out to do service calls on equipment as soon as possible. The latest service call we had with them was the inspiration for writing this review. On 2 separate occasions they dispatched a seasoned professional (special mention to Eric) to come out and diagnose a furnace issue. Each time he systematically solved the mystery of what was going on and executed the solution. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and conscientiousness of the people doing it. As a side note, I am a retired home builder of 30+ years so my evaluation of any tradesman is accurate...and I have very high expectations. These are the guys to do the job if you want to have a reasonably priced successful experience in the world of HVAC service calls.

I manage a high rise building of 260 units twelve floors. We had an emergency of water coming from a unit on the 5th floor flooding down to the 1st floor. We called Expert Plumbing and they came right out to fix the problem. They sent Jim and William. Both were very knowledgeable in their jobs and explained everything very clearly. With in minutes of them arriving they were able to stop the water from flooding down. They are very polite and excellent at their jobs wish I could give 100 stars for these two gentlemen. Jim and William definitely put the expert in Expert Plumbing.
