Ethical Plumbing

We found a garbage disposal leak the day after Thanksgiving. After calling the office, Tristan showed up within a hour and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He was polite, friendly, and very professional. What could have lingered into the weekend was resolved with just a minor disruption. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Very pleased. Ethical Plumbing was prompt and thorough. They uncovered another issue that was much more serious then what I called them for to begin with. They explained the problems, complete with pictures, in detail. The second problem was in a part of my crawl space which I never would have seen for myself had they not discovered it. I'd definitely recommend Ethical, and will use them again if need be.

Scott has been to my house before to service a leaky toilet, and this time, a bigger job, as my hot water heater went kaput after Hurricane Helene and was leaking all over my garage floor. There is a comfort level with knowing your plumber and so the bad news hurt a little less. Both times he provided excellent service and explained what was wrong and what my options were to fix it. So many times plumbers don't really explain what is happening and you feel helpless but Scott was very clear about what needed to be done and gave me several proce levels of services to choose from. I'm very happy with the new addition to the garage.

These plumbers fooled me once and I thought they were great, but they couldn’t fool me a second time. They are anything but ethical though I did get a refund. Please be very careful and double check everything that they say. The technician that came out to my home this time lied to me And I’m glad I listened to my gut. I had them test my water and he said it was full of bacteria and I needed this very expensive system. I requested a copy of the water test results. When I got it, I called the water testing company and found out that they never tested for bacteria, even though the technician told me that they did and told me I tested positive for dangerous bacteria. Also, they charged me nearly $500 for the water test and the test that they ran only cost five dollars. When I brought all this to their attention, I was able to get a refund, but I don’t think they had any problem lying or stealing had I not caught it

Was referred to Ethical Plumbing by a family member who raved about them. When I called, their very friendly receptionist and dispatcher answered almost immediately. She was able to set me up with a next day appointment, which I was not expecting. They were even willing to work with my difficult work hour schedule. I was so thankful. The plumber who came out, Tristan, was respectful, thorough, and provided me with multiple options to fix the problem ranging from doing all the things to doing the bare minimum. I really appreciated him walking me through options so that I could decide how much money I wanted to flush down the toilet. I mean that in the best way… it was literally for the fill valve on the toilet. Tristan fixed the issue quickly, took payment, and cleaned up in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

Michael was great...very efficient & thorough ....neat and clean up was great. My only issue not with part one of our plumbing issue....which I truly believe was a fair price....but he also repaired one of our toilets which took him around an hour to repair....and the bill for that job was over $700....for a job that might have been worth four dollars...parts alone were $335 for wax toilet wax ring (usually less than a $5 part and the flush components which are clearly less than a $100 even if they are plumber quality vs Lowes or Home Depot.....plus labor so the job was at $200 to $300 more than it should have been! So, Michael I feel is a good and very capable plumber but the amount Ethical Plumbing charged us was absolutely to high!

I can't recommend Ethical Plumbing enough! They were prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to fix my issue. The quality of their work was outstanding, and their attention to detail really impressed me. It's rare to find such reliable service these days—I'll definitely be calling them again for any future needs! This was a pretty big job boring a new main water line that had to go under the driveway and also the garage floor. Water was back on by end of day with no leaks. Had another great experience with this company. Hot water pipe bust. They were literally out here in less than an hour and had it fixed in about 2 hours. Excellent Company!

Very happy with service from Mitchell of Ethical Plumbing Co. The office stayed in close contact with me leading up to my appointment. They called me to let me know when technicians were on the way. Mitchell was prompt, courteous, professional and definitely skilled in his profession. He preformed an inspection of all water systems in and under my house. He took the time and effort to explain to me what was happening in each step of the process. And offered suggestions to solve some existing issues. We had to schedule a non-emergency job on extremely short notice due to a snafu with our flooring contractor. Because we didn't have an exact time slot in mind when I called, Stefanie agreed to work with me and stayed in touch throughout the day so that, when the site was ready, she was able to send Colin over within 30 minutes to reinstall two toilets in our newly re-floored home. He was in and out in less than an hour and left the place spotless. If not for their flexibility in scheduling, my husband and I would not have functional bathrooms in the house and would be stuck at a hotel for the night.

My hot water heater was leaking when we woke up yesterday morning. We have littles so we needed hot water. I gave Ethical Plumbing a call and spoke to a nice young Lady who told me that she could have someone out to our home as soon the very same day. Nick and Dorian are very professional. They were at our home in no time. Nick gave me plenty of time to decide what i system I wanted. They did an excellent job. I recommend them %100. Thanks!

Ethical Plumbing has been our go-to plumbing service for the last year and a half. They first re-piped our 55 year old house and most recently installed a new shower in our master bathroom. They also reframed part of the bathroom to allow for a wider door. Nick Dowis and his colleague Wade did an excellent job, as usual. I strongly recommend Ethical Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Ivan and Wade did an excellent job with my plumbing repairs. They arrived with all the necessary equipment and went to work. Job was done in no time. I am extremely pleased with the work done by Ethical Plumbing. In addition to being knowledgeable, Ivan and Wade answered all our questions and went out of their way to make us comfortable. They were very nice.

Branden was nice and very fast to schedule the work. Mitchell was very nice, he works really hard to get the job done and is very experienced and efficient. I am very, very satisfied with the work Mitchell performed. I think Mitchell should get a big pay rise the work he did for me was complicated. I will recommend their company to everyone.

Tristan was very professional and yet so friendly! Explained everything when checking each and every faucet and toilet, and all of our plumbing fixtures outside and underneath our house. Was an exceptional appointment to check all of our plumbing needs! Was wonderful to meet Tristan Boswell!

Ethical's office was quick to schedule a service call. The plumber, Tristan, was extremely helpful and willing to assist, including providing us (who are new to the area) with very important guidance regarding our gas stove and plumbing/septic systems. They are "go to" plumbing service company.
