6/5/26 Update: Eric and his team came by to repair a leaky sillcock and we had him install a second sillcock that we'd wanted. Perfect install and came in under budget. Quick and clean and just great guys. Escape Plumbing & Heating are the best! 4/10/26: Showed up on time and got the job done quickly and professionally - what more can you ask for? Would definitely use them again.
First time using Escape Plumbing. Eric and Ephrem did an outstanding job replacing and installing our refrigerator water line. They were prompt, professional, and took the time to inspect the full system before making honest recommendations — no unnecessary upselling. While here, reviewed and fixed leaks and change water filter that we couldn’t budge! Knowledgeable, fairly priced, and great to work with. Learned a lot. Escape Plumbing will definitely be our go-to plumber. Highly recommend!
We called at 12:09pm & got a call back in 8 min. Matt was at my house in less than an hour with his apprentice Efrain. Both were pleasant, professional & did things right. Took the time to diagnose the issue correctly & offer more than 1 solution to the problem without costing me more money. He even consulted other professionals to confirm the right solutions! They cleaned up after themselves & explained everything to me & made sure I understood. They were literally an answer to a prayer! This was our 2nd time using this company’s services & I wouldn’t hesitate to do so again should the need arise.

Xander was wonderful. Very professional and did a great job! Our fill water valve on our toilet stopped working and we were using buckets to flush. Super annoying to have to do that, so we called escape plumbing and they came and fixed our problem the next day. Showed up on time. Very neat and organized truck, you can tell they have a clean operation and know what they’re doing
