Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Joshua was great. He was very friendly and professional. He took care of the issue and stayed to make sure that the problem was corrected.

Husband was home when tech arrived. He was personable and qualified and was there close to 3 hours to resolve the problem. I never met him but hubby was impressed. He was extremely neat and very respectful of our house. Very positive experience with a true professional.

Technician was knowledgeable and polite. He was able to fix the problem and cleaned up after himself. You would have never known he was there.

We are experiencing a second sewer issue in our fully finished basement. The first time was with the main line to the street, this time was with the internal line. We used Roto Rooter the first time and after that experience, we knew we would be calling them again. They were there with 45 minutes and completely took over and worked to put us at ease. Ricardo was great with fixing the issue and Tim was so helpful in putting in the insurance claim and walking us thru the entire process. Their restoration team came in to clear up the water and put down equipment to help dry out the walls and floor so more work can be done. They also sprayed an antimicrobial to kill any bacteria that came up with the water. While we will need to replace the bottom half of the walls and the floors, they have been managing the whole process for us and keeping us updated with all information. Their restoration team will be back to pack up anything salvageable in the basement and bring out anything that will need to be replaced so the insurance adjuster can see it while work is being done in the basement. While we hope no one ever has the same issue we have; if anyone does, we recommend them 100%.

Michael and Robert were wonderful. Professional and explained everything.it was hard to reach the water heater but they got it. And just had to adjust the mixer valve!!! Done. The water to the toilet got turned off by someone, lMichael noticed it right away. The first two men that came in just look tried to say water was warm not, and the tank was outside by pharmacy not true. Looked at toilet and said inside needs to be replaced and mixing valve replaced!!! Which he couldn't have known because didn't get up in coreect ceiling in labcorp space. He said parts were ordered and they left. Michael and Robert who came and handling the service call were wonderful worked very hard to get up there to get the job completed in a timely fashion with my own schedule with pts. They deserve a 10!!!!! LuAnn
