Great service and the Specialist informed of items I need to repair. Communication was the key for me. I appreciate everything you did for us. On time for service and fixed another item on site with not one issue with me asking. Pricing was and service outstanding. Thank you. The Specialist told me his name but it slipped my thoughts. Hats out to him!!!
We have always had good experiences with Ernie Peterson service calls. This time was a particularly good experience, Keith managed to not only make the repair, but also diagnosed why it is happening more than it should, so the repair should keep things working well with less service call needs. Appreciate him going the extra mile, and he also kept everything very clean and neat while working. In addition, he is very pleasant and communicates well to keep me aware of what is going on...and he works fast and efficiently, too! A pleasure, would ask for him again when the need arises!
They arrived on time and did a great job including extras that were required to make it a top quality job. Their employees were friendly and very respectful of us and our home. They are my go to plumber.
