Garrett did an excellent job servicing our heat pump. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood what was going on and what to expect moving forward. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. It’s refreshing to work with someone who not only knows their craft but is also great at communicating it. Highly recommend Garrett for anyone needing HVAC service.

Garrett came to service our heat pump that wasn't working. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed that the breaker was not giving off any power to the system. He was extremely thorough, professional, knowledgeable and one of the most pleasant people I have ever had service my home. Saying we are satisfied would be an understatement. Garrett is excellent at his job!

We had an excellent experience with Endless Energy, thanks to technicians Rob and Brendan. They came to our home to do both duct cleaning and duct sealing, and we were honestly shocked by the amount of buildup they showed us in the ducts from the previous owners. We are so grateful to have all of that removed. They later returned to complete the duct sealing, and the results were nothing short of amazing. Our system’s capacity improved from 65% to 95%—an astronomical improvement that we could never have imagined. From start to finish, our experience with Endless Energy has been nothing but positive. This is a company that truly cares about the homes they work in and the people who live in them. We recommend them without hesitation. If you’re looking for any HVAC work, give them a call!

Update to my original review: I had an initial repair performed on January 17, and at the time the furnace appeared to be functioning properly. The furnace began operating inconsistently again in early February. I called the company on February 12 to schedule a follow-up appointment. On the evening of February 15 — the night before the scheduled visit — the furnace was still running, although it was taking a long time to start producing heat. A different technician arrived around 10:00 AM on February 16. After approximately two hours of work, around 12:00 PM, he informed me that the furnace had been tampered with and claimed that the manual gas valve had been shut off. He refused to continue service and implied that someone else had worked on the system without their knowledge. He then left without completing the repair and did not collect any payment for the visit. The accusation is concerning and does not align with the timeline. The furnace was producing heat the night before, and we did not have anyone else work on the unit. I requested time-stamped photo documentation showing when the technician began work and when the alleged issue was discovered. The company refused to provide this documentation, stating it was “for internal purposes only.” I am disappointed by this experience. (Original: Eydin did an excellent job repairing our furnace. My experience with Endless Energy was outstanding! The initial visit is to discuss the conversion from natural gas to electric heat pump technology. During the audit, I mentioned an issue with my existing heating system. Without asking, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it w/o charge. Amazing! I'm currently reviewing a complete energy audit and a proposal that was personally delivered to my home and reviewed, with all questions answered!!! A special shoutout to Mike Heil, who prepared and presented the audit and quote. Even the CEO gave me a follow-up call, thanking me and asking me to answer any questions! A great company built with great people!!
