“I am shocked at the 4.7 review. I gave one star for getting same day service. The second star is because the owner seemed genuinely sorry. First, two guys showed up and had no supplies or tools - well they did have a saw but had to use our battery. Took 3 holes in my ceiling to find the pipe. He had to go out to buy a standard piece of piping. Installed it using our tools and our extra pvc piping. The repair …”
