We had a major drain blockage on a Saturday Valentine's Day kitchen sink full of water coming in from the bathroom upstairs. We called numerous places, no luck. They said wait until Monday. We called Roto-Rooter. James was here inside of an hour hooked up his equipment and got us cleaned out the water is now draining people can take showers. James was great real nice guy, hooked us up. Roto-Rooter was absolutely amazing. We had a pipe back up right as we sat down for supper. We called the number and had an operator taking down information and sending out a tech in only a few minutes. We had a phone call from an additional service tech asking if we would like someone out stat to clean up the back-up. The the plumber, James, called and was at our house within 10 minutes. From the first call to the issue being fixed was barely more than 30 minutes. The issue was able to be temporarily fixed quickly but James gave us a quote right then for a permanent solution. Everyone who we spoke to was kind, understanding, and extremely professional. James even humored our 3 year old who pestered him non-stop the whole time he was at our house. Would absolutely recommend you call Roto-Rooter for any needs.

1st time homeowner (I inherited a mobile home) and when my water heater went out I had no idea where it was located. I didn't have an outside compartment and it wasn't next to the furnace. I called several places and they wouldn't send a tech out without knowing the make or model even after explained my situation. Rob came from another job helped me find it (it was in a secret door I would have never found). He was so helpful and kind I booked them immediately to replace it. Thanks Rob for being so helpful. UPDATE: Chris came out to install a new water tank for me. His instillation includes climbing under my trailer to shut off the water. He was thoughtful in his installation; installing shut off valves onto to the new water tank so I can shut off the water without going under the trailer. He explained the warranty and as a new home owner told me about maintenance I can do to get the most out of my new system and a rough idea of how much it cost. Will definitely recommend and use Roto-Rooter again!

Chris was so helpful and courteous. He went above and beyond looking for an obsolete part for our nearly 20 yr old water heater. And when that didn’t work he was able to figure out a way to get the water heater to work again anyways. Chris was awesome I’d highly recommend him!
