What reviewers praise
Same-day motel hot water emergency handled across state lines to source a rare part — drove to SC distribution center rather than wait until Monday.

“I run a 132 room motel and started getting hot water complaints on a Thursday. Chattanooga Plumbing came out the same day and found the problem. Knowing how critical it was to me not to have to go an entire weekend with this problem, they let me know they'd send someone out to get it that day so it could be installed same day”
Post-service thank-you card sent; office staff confirmed appointments and techs provided ETAs — communication cited as standout in 1 review.

“Excellent service, follow-up and customer service. I like a company that communicates with you, and this one did from the office staff verifying the appointment to the men on the job who let us know when they'd be here for the work. We received a nice card a few days after the service thanking us for our business.”

Critical
“Recently, Chattanooga Plumbing came to my 87 year old Mom's house to repair a leak in the basement. After fixing the leak, my Mom pointed out that the faucet in the kitchen had not worked well since it was installed during a previous visit by Chattanooga Plumbing (2013). Barely any water pressure. The plumber said, "That's awful! How long has this been this way?" My Mom said, "Since you guys installed it." The …”

“I called them to fix a toilet. It may sound simple but if you don't have a working toilet, life can be miserable. They came out right away and were true professionals. I really appreciate talking to a person when I call a business. They are now my "go to" plumber!”
“I have been having problems with my shower leaking for a while. I had previously used Chattanooga Plumbing and been very satisfied with Johns work. They are very timely and professional. I was giving a very reasonable flat rate for the repairs. My Shower cartilage had to be replaced and my water heater had to be adjusted. I would highly recommend Chattanooga Plumbing for there professionalism /cost/and timely …”
