I've used Emergency Master two times now. Both experiences were top notch. Showed up on time, professional, clean, and reasonably priced. They're my new go to.

Justin was professional and knowledgeable. He repaired our clogged drain and provided insight into potential problems. He went beyond. I would recommend him to my friends.

We had Justin just leave our home. We were so pleased with his politeness and efficiency. We are renovating our primary bathroom, and a different plumber installed the Delta dual valve shower head and everything. We are waiting on the shower glass doors, so the shower has not been used. This evening the water came on and we tried turning it off, and it wouldn’t turn off…the plumber who installed it couldn’t help us and told us to turn off the water to our house and he may not be able to come to fix anything until Saturday. We called Emergency Master Plumbing & Air, and the woman on the phone was so sweet and poised, and assured us Justin would be on his way in a couple minutes. He got there and it was great! We will defiantly be recommending their services to family and friends. Thank you so much! 😊

In our experience, These guys don't keep appointments, and don't return calls, or guarantee their work. And when they do show up, they don't show up prepared. Steer clear and find a different company. Edit:in order to take my feedback, you would need to return calls, or show up. I tried to contact you for a month after my issue was not resolved before posting this. It was the first I've heard back.

Very young couple owns it. Little experience and it shows. I think its a side hustle for them. Had to call another place to fix their workmanship. New company says he gets calls all the time to fix EMP mistakes. After many calls and texts and no return calls, I had to dispute payment on card and call a professional out. Read all the negatives. I wish I had. Their normal reply to negative Google reviews are "they don't know the person". Their dumb founded how we stumbled on to their company. Ya, o-k!

The Emergency Master Plumbers Company was the first multiple companies contacted for this urgent meds. There were others that responded minutes earlier to find out they did not serve RV plumbing issues. Austin responded after their front office had received basic fo from the site where the crisis had originated. It was a "space" at the LEAF VERDE RV RESORT in Buckeye, AZ. Not only did the field rep accept the challenge, "Austin" took the incentive to identify and locate the specialized part the repair would require, all the same day! The resort was completed in a couple of hours and the part and the work was evident only by the shiny new parts under the rig. Austin, as it turns out, happens to be the owner of the organization and by my own testimony here and now, will be a very successful business owner if not already. Their professional fleet of vans and the professional can do attitude was a saving grace to me and I will be referring this company to others in need for years to come. Plus, I am a fairly popular musician just getting to the Phoenix area with my genre of folk and rock music entertainment and you can bet I'll be referring his company to my other full time RV friends and neighbors for years to come.

3 month update: Sadly reducing my rating after this company refused to call me back when asking them to provide a statement regarding work they performed on my behalf with the renovation company they dispatched during my water emergency. I even called to ask what the warranty on the plumbing work was, and they won't call back after 3 voicemails and text messages. For awareness, if they dispatch Adams D&R to your home, research the google reviews first and don't sign a contract with them without reading everything thoroughly and when they are in your home you MUST watch everything. With the lack of response from Master Plumbing, it seems to me they must support the business practices of Adams D&R and likely receive a kickback for working with them on emergency responses. If I could give Justin 10 stars I would! He was dispatched late at night when I had an emergency plumbing issue and stayed until 10pm to triage my leak and call out a renovation crew. He made made sure he did a proper fix and even helped me work through questions with the renovation team. He was courteous and professional and communicated with me throughout the plumbing fix. I highly recommend Emergency Master Plumbing for your plumbing needs!!

I was visiting my mom in Morristown for the week and last night, the toilet started leaking after a shower. My mom called Emergency Master Plumbing and spoke with Justin. Justin was out the next morning and he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He articulated the issue to my mother and made her feel confident in the fixes today and potential follow up as there may need more work that needs to be done. I needed to shutoff the water to my home so that I could work on one of the toilets only to discover that the main shutoff valve was defective. Not only would it not shutoff the water, it was now leaking after turning the old style valve. I called Emergency Master Plumbing & Air and they they sent Justin out to diagnose the issue. And although he didn't have much pipe to work with, he was able to quickly replace the old valve despite this. He did a wonderful job and I highly recommend this company! Great service and great prices!!

If you need a plumber we highly recommend Emergency Master. This is the 3rd time we have used them. We called them this morning because the water valve at the toilet broke and until we shut the main water off it was leaking. When I called They sent a technician out immediately. He fixed the problem, and we had him change all of them as a precaution in the future. The technician was professional. We found a great plumbing company and continue to use the. My water softener system died and my water heater was 20 years old so I decided to get estimates to replace both. I ended up choosing Emergency Master Plumbing. Their estimate was competitive. I upgraded to a tankless water heater and added a filter to my new water softener system. They arrived on time and did a great job. They left the job site clean too! Austin and his crew are good guys! I am a happy customer. I would recommend you give them a call for your next Plumbing project.

Austin and Heather are amazing. Heather took my info down and got me set up right away with an appointment. Austin showed up on time and was able to assess how to fix the issue at hand. He got it done quickly and on a Saturday night, we were really appreciative of Austin showing up and getting our hot water heater back up and running. Austin is also the most down to earth and awesome guy to have work on our emergency issue. Definitely need to hire them for your plumbing work.

We had a leak from a bathtub on the second floor so I called emergency master plumbing and Air after the water remediation was done. Justin was my service tech he showed up on time was friendly did quality work, ended up being just issue I created for myself with a plumbing drain. Did not try to upsell me on replacing the entire pipe just fix the problem which saved me money and time I would highly recommend emergency master plumbing and Air for your plumbing needs.

My ac was having issues in the middle of the night and seeing that it says “24 hour services”, I called this company. A woman called me back and told me she would call me right back after she called to see if the tech could come out. Never heard back from her. Called 10 times in a row an hour later and no answer. Called the emergency line as well and no response back even this morning. Don’t say you’re 24 hours if you’re not going to answer your phone.

AMAZING service !! I had an emergency plumbing issue that needed immediate repair. The woman who answered my call was accommodating, helpful and understanding. The gentleman named Nate that fixed my shower was very prompt and precise with his service. He also was extremely pleasant and friendly. I am very pleased with this family owned business and will definitely call them again if needed. They have most certainly gained a loyal customer!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
